Good location . Held bags while on trip. Mix up with reservation. Given small room which didn't correlate to description of superior room booked though staff on duty insisted it was . A different member of staff corrected error next day . Beds were comfortable Rooms small . The first room (standard) , bed partially blocked bathroom door . No natural light. Nearby hotels much better quality for similar cost .

The location is good, on a quite street so not crowded with tourists. Staff is really friendly and helpful - there was some mixup with our booking and they sorted it immediately with no fuss. Room and bathroom quite clean. Beds are okay with warm blankets provided. Room was OK space wise. The beds and the room were a bit damp which didn't help with feeling warm at night. Hotel overall and rooms were quite dark as there is no natural light coming in the room (window overlooks the corridor). Also, soundproofing is not great.

In a great location, beautiful colonial court yard garden. Fine breakfast and friendly welcome. Always willing to help if needed. No real issues.

My husband, my mom and I stayed here a few years ago and it was perfect for us. This time we came back with our children but didn't have the same experience. The stuff members were not very communicative and rather use their talk between them in Spanish instead. We think this hotel is perfect for couples or friends but family with kids not really. The breakfast area is small and you don't know when it's ok to pick up your breakfast or wait for them to serve you. Very strange continental breakfast type.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Water in my room (first floor) and my brother's (second floor) was only warm in the shower and after a while it just got cold; we had to finish our shower with cold water.

Location wasn't the greatest. Room wasn't comfortable for supposed being a double bed private room. There was a weird door to the room next door. It just felt very uncomfortable. Bed was good and warm though

For a two-star hotel, the property is very clean and new. The staff were friendly and polite. I highly recommend the structure as the price quality is excellent, and it is difficult to find a two-star structure so clean and new like this. The property is located twenty minutes walk from the historic center in a quiet street close to all basic needs. I put a low rating for the simple reasons: I bought a superior double room and the photo does not correspond to reality, nor the description (it was written that I had a balcony and a window, a coffee maker, heating, free bathroom products, but I had nothing that is ). I asked the reception lady for an explanation and was told that the booking descriptions had been confused and needed to be fixed (I would have expected a refund). Furthermore, the receptionists do not seem organized among themselves, when I asked for information, one person would tell me one thing, and another another thing. The light on the bed on the right did not work, nor were all the channels on the television visible.

Location and staff are amazing. The rooms and premises were kept very clean. Even if the room was not warm, the blankets kept us cozy at night. Never had problems with water, it was always hot. The place is very quiet, on a small street with very little traffic. It has a nice patio where you can take breakfast. The room was small, with no place to move around. All windows led to inner halls, so it was very difficult to vent the room. We felt more out of breath in the room than outside, moving, so I think not enough fresh oxygen was getting in. The air was dry, our noses bled every morning. Tip: if you plan on taking the breakfast in the patio, check what they also have inside. We did not, and only had what the lady that served us brought us. We only noticed after our last breakfast.
