The breakfast was reasonable, and they were happy to prepare eggs anyway you chose. It took us a long time to get any hot water in the room, and it was a bit unpredictable. But once it heated up it was great!

They supposed to have an AC, but its an small Split, not enough for room size. We have requested breakfast for early tours, one day we've received the breakfast, the other one no, and nobody had any answer which is inconvenient.

The property was conveniently located within a couple blocks of the main square. It had a balcony with a lovely view. There was a heater in the room, but we had no need of it during our stay in September. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The common areas of this hotel are beautiful. The breakfast was very good, you could get a latte made to order, coca tea, and water to fill your water bottles. It was quiet at night. We were on the top floor. Note that the rooms in the lower floor appeared to only have a window that looked into the interior of the hotel- no window to the outside. The hotel and area in which it was located seemed very safe. We’d love to stay here again. The bathtub in the room was pretty worn out and the lighting in the bathroom was poor.

Cute, unique and clean

Room and facilities were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Central locations, 5min walk to Plaza de Armas. Market, laundry, a few doors down the street. communications betw day and night shifts - we stayed 3 nights before our trek and had reserved 1 & 2 nights after our trek. Before we checked out for the trek, I doubled checked that we had confirmed reservation upon our return. It turned out, they could not find our bother in-law & nephew's reservation. The night shift person made a manual reservation. However, upon our return after the trek to check in, they could not find our brother in-law and nephew's reservation and the hotel was full. apparently, the day shift manager erased the reservation b/c she thought it was canceled. Luckily we were able to find another hotel for 1 night. Not a huge deal, but better communication betw the staffs could have prevented the inconvenience.

-Clean, spacious, warm and comfortable room -Not noisy despite great central location, quiet inside despite being fully booked -Easy access, taxis and tour buses can drive right up to the entrance and you don't need to hike through steep hills or stairs to reach it -Perfect water pressure and temperature - Great view from balcony - Reasonable price - No biggie, but the heater doesn't have a thermostat so it just keeps going forever and the room can get too hot. Quickly fixed this by setting it to low during the night (blankets are super thick anyway). Recommend only setting it to high a few minutes at a time as needed when it gets really cold, then reverting back to low or turning it off intermittently for maintenance

Can't beat the location! Just a 5 minute walk from the city center near tons of shops and restaurants but very quiet.
