L'eau de la douche est chaude mais si vous aimez brûlant, c'est plus difficile à obtenir.

y stay was fine overall, but the receptionist acted as if taking me to my room was a chore. Later, when I said I couldn’t enjoy the included breakfast, they offered a takeaway option. Unfortunately, it was just a cheap mortadella sandwich and an unripe mandarin — a sad excuse for breakfast. Had to stay longer in Cusco but decided to go somewhere else.

Comfortable bed with generous amount of various pillows (soft/harder), daily cleaning if requested. Useful closet. I disliked the fact that my room was very small. Given that my window opened onto a staircase, I could not really keep it open for more daylight and air.

There was a heater in the room, warm water and shampoo in the shower, and the breakfast was good. The next room was very close and I could hear their conversations.

Location was fantastic and staff were very friendly and helpful! I stayed in 3 different rooms as I had separate bookings for before/after the Inka trail hike, and then I needed to book an extra room because my stay in Cusco was lengthened. All the rooms were comfortable, however, because the first room didn't have any windows in the bathroom, there was black mould all over the grouting in the shower and bathroom. The second room had lots of cobwebs hanging down from the wall. The third bedroom was great!

Great location! The staff is friendly, breakfast is really good (you just have to ask for eggs separately). The beds are comfortable and hot water is great! They let me store my bags while I went on short trips. N/A

Breakfast is really good and the hot water in the showers last!

I extended twice. It’s in a great location, walking distance to everything and there are lot of food options around.

Free tea and friendly staff Matresses and loudly outside

Breakfast was good with a view. Learned we could order eggs on the second day. They kept our bags while trekking. Front desk staff very helpful.

Rooms with smell and without windows.

The hotel was very affordable, located in a very safe area and about a 15 minute walk from the center square. The breakfast itself was alright but the view from the seating area is incredible. The walls are very thin and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper but otherwise we slept well as the bed was comfortable and we were given extra blankets so we didn’t feel the chilliness of Cusco at night. The rooms were small and the bathroom was tiny but I think given the price, the accommodations were great! The staff was very kind, coordinating laundry with a nearby laundromat after hours and allowing us to store our bags after check out while we spent the day in the city. We spent 2 nights at this hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here! Okay breakfast, thin walls, small room

They change the clean bed sheets every day and the room was very comfortable, they also provided extra pillows. ?✔️ Good location. ✔️ Clean, and safe. ✔️ Very helpful and attentive staff. ✔️

No heat water in the rooms and shower is dirty !

great location in San blas We paid for extra for a room with a mountain view, it turns out the bedroom is right next door to the breakfast terrace with a massive window opening onto the terrace. The only view we had was of people eating! A complete scam. We had people using the terrace at all hours of the day, including saff reheating food and boiling a kettle at 2am, a man having a phone call outside the window at 5am, and breakfast starting at 6am. When we asked to change room or have a refund for the extra, the staff told us to check out...

Great location, clean, comfortable with friendly staff; will definitely return

We didn't actually get to stay here as upon completing check-in we were told that there was a problem which wasn't explained to us. The hotel arranged for us to stay at another hotel and even covered the taxi fare to get there. They allowed us to store our baggage as it was too early for check-in. The bathroom in the lobby area was very dirty and messy.

It was a really nice location in the San Blas neighbourhood. Unfortunately my room had ants in the shower and on the floor by the bed. The hot water didn’t get hot, only warm (and went cold quickly) and my towel had a stain on it. Good price, but I’d prefer a place I can feel I can relax after walking/hiking the whole day.
