Prime location and very clean! Only stayed here for one night but had everything we needed. Had an airport shuttle for early morning flights as well.

Great location, breakfast on site is convenient, staff are friendly. Tea always available. We got the suite and it was perfect for our needs.

Good breakfast, clean rooms. quiet and great staff

First night a family with small children were staying above us. Little noisy until bed time.

Bed was great, very large and comfortable room. Lots of stairs, confusing layout. Breakfast was okay, but not great. The shower barely had enough water pressure to run.

Amazing service and location!

Absolutely loved this charming hotel! The rooms are comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped, the location & surroundings are tranquil and the decor is beautiful. The staff are wonderful - very helpful and friendly. And the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. I especially appreciated how silent the room was, so it was perfect for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend this place, and would 100% stay here again ??❤️ Everything was great!

Great location and breakfast! Staff is nice. Rooms were good as well, though not consistent (we stayed in 2 different rooms at the same rate that had different quality beds and shower warmth). There is tea available Our first room was more comfortable than the second (we had 2 stays)

Great location and friendly staff. The room was large and quiet and was a perfect base for our stay in Cusco. We greatly appreciated the 24/7 tea in the lobby! The water temperature and pressure greatly varied in the shower, but wasn't bad.

The location is good Staff is unhelpful and hardly speaks English. Whilst on the site it states that there is a laundry - NOT TRUE!! When asked I was told to go out and find it myself in the city. The breakfast choices are very limited and not tasteful. The rooms are cold and actually face the internal open air courtyard - very loud when people started to mingle at 4:00 am and just cold!!

Great location, very cute hotel, comfortable beds WiFi is terrible so don’t expect to use it too much, they offer free transportation to/from the airport and when I scheduled a taxi to pick us up from the airport one never showed up. When we paid for our own taxi the receptionist at the hotel offered early check in OR free transportation to the airport at the end of our stay. We picked early check in but not sure why our free transportation to the airport was taken away as this was a free service offered by the hotel and it was their mistake that the taxi didn’t come. Hot water for a shower may come but not always. Breakfast is okay

The location in San blas neighborhood was great. You're surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and clothing shops. Your able to get to the main plaza de armas in under 5 min. The staff was very helpful. The front desk ladies were all so helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. Airport transportation was great. The heater was good when used. The slippers were a wonderful surprise. And the pillows were comfy. The walls are thin so people walking and talking can be easily heard. The bed was a bit too firm. The WiFi was a bit finicky to get connected to.

Friendly staff, clean but small rooms, great location. The rooms are set up around a central open area so the noise of people talking in the common areas is disturbing.

Clean, amazing staff - close to everything! Up the Sam Blas “stairs of death” but we managed! Just take a break - was training before Machu Picchu! We didn’t have hot water was it was quickly resolved by stars!

Great hotel very centrally located between the San Blas area and the main square in town. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Coca tea always available. Wide selection for breakfast. Very clean comfortable room with hot powerful shower. Plenty of restaurant options around the little square at San Blas which is a very pretty area and in the main square area both a few min walk. Nothing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, great new shower, additional heaters in the room, very delicious breakfast and amazing staff helping with any request. There is also a very good selection of stone souvenirs at reasonable price.
