The staff was very kind and courteous (speaking Spanish). The place was wonderfully located and comfortable. It was quiet and clean. The hot water functioned fine and the internet was mostly fine as well. All in all, it was an excellent value. Oh, they were also helpful when ordering taxis (when needed).

The hotel was in a good location, close to the main square. The facilities were basic The pillows weren’t very comfortable and the breakfast was basic

Most of the days I had early tours and they offered us brown bags with juice a fruit and breakfast sandwiches. They were very helpful with directions and things to do. They even alerted us of protesters in the event we were going in the direction of the protest. I only had one minor incident with the hot water that they resolved within an hour.

The hotel is quite comfortable and is a modest walk into the Plaza. The breakfast was quite reasonable and was certainly plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast started a little late if you had any trips/tours planned for the day.

The paddy who did the check in wasn’t too friendly. She didn’t indicated us we can have hot drinks while other front desk people advice the other tourists about the facilities

Breakfast was included and the water was hot in the shower. The beds provided lots of blankets so we were not cold

great spot. very friendly, great location. bit noisy but everywhere is in Cusco due to the trains moving. the staff could not have been nicer or more caring than in this little hotel. nothing except for the trains.

Awesome location, very close to tourist attractions. Fair breakfast. Clean room, very clean bathroom and large bed. The sheets seemed smaller than the bed, but it was comfortable nevertheless. Staff was super friendly, and the hair dryer was available upon request. The hotel is well maintained and very pretty. Moreover, the hotel has a small shop ran by peruvian artisans if you are looking for souvenirs. For the price paid, it was OK but the room that I stayed didn't have a real window. It has a glass window on top of the door so some light would come in. The place was noisy and the outside lights would be on until 11pm (it would come from the little glass on top of the door). If you go to bed early, bring something to cover your eyes.

No water for couple of hours

The vibe in the breakfast area The room was nothing like the pictures. The walls are not nice and flat but reallt bumpy. The bed was extremely small maybe 110cm and not even 2m long (maybe just 180cm), the bathroom had a window into the room which made it very moist (it could not be closed because it was broken). The other window to the outside was also very old and worn.
