Extremely helpful and considerate staff

the location, the furniture, the bathroom The stairs!!! The first room they gave us was in a basement with 150 stairs and no elevator to reach the street. On normal conditions, I do not have too many problems, but at 12,000 feet, it is quite a challenge. The room windows are street level, and you get all the city noise, people drinking, dancing and fighting all at your window. It is very expensive for the size and uncomfortable. Be aware that the espresso coffee is an extra cost for breakfast.

It was clean and modern Our room had no sound insulation, we were woken up by honking at 4am.

The hotel is modern and clean, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent. I was happy to stay there. The only downside is that the location can be a bit noisy because it's close to roads with heavy traffic, it isn't too terrible though. Otherwise, the location is great because it's very central.

I greatly appreciated the staff and their assistance, Jimena and Cristobal and all of the others from the night managers to day staff to head manager were very pleasant to deal with. The rooms also have good heat for colder nights which I greatly appreciated. I had an issue with a double booking that I wasn't sure would be resolved easily, but it ended up not being a problem at all to get taken care of with the help of the local staff and I did not end up having to deal with customer service at all thankfully. As it is a historical building, the walls were a little thinner than I would have preferred, but this is not something that effected my experience.

I always fly to Cusco, this time I try another hotel, and I was amazed, first of all the location is GREAT, 5 minutes away walking from the main square. Andrea and Daniel helped me a lot in my stay, I wanted to have a extremely quiet room and they did everything to make it happen. The breakfast is simple but delicious, also they have dinner and drinks for fun. Great experience I really recommend it.

Well located minutes from the main square and tourist attractions. Also seems pretty new and well kept. Expect a lot of traffic noise all day and night, can be pretty disturbing. Also we got the hotel full and staff although friendly can’t handle even to keep a very small breakfast supply.

This hotel was fantastic, from the attention of the staff at the front desk to the restaurant. I have stayed at other Motto's before because I like the concept they have and I like this one just as much. The restaurant as in others is a little small but quite complete. Very close to the square and the location is good. I recommend it and would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helped to improve my stay in Cusco. FANTASTIC!!!

Good location, close to the Plaza de Armas. The room was really small and looked like an Ikea showroom but was new and very well-designed. The breakfast was a very small spread.

The staff is friendly, always attentive to my needs. The breakfast is varied but could have some additional options. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the main square, and the rooms, although small, have everything you need and are quite comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again They could add more options to the buffet
