Love the location near the plaza but quiet and near San Blas. Staff are very helpful, good breakfast
-
Breakfast was cold, room was outdated but bathroom was nice
-
Location is incredible- great restaurants nearby- 5 minutes to the main plaza- staff very helpful and nice

Very nice boutique hotel. Lots of charming artwork, very helpful staff, our room was spacious, clean and bright. Because it’s an interior courtyard you can hear everything from the patio in your room. No one was loud or annoying but the music goes on at breakfast very early.

Great location! Sweet and helpful staff. Clean. Breakfast was basic, But really good and fresh.
-
Very convenient to many restaurants and shops.
-
Very well located near the historic district with muchos restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Plus the staff was very nice and accommodating. Buffet breakfast could be a little better

Its true the doors are a bit thin and let in noise but ask for a quiet room away from a main hall and you will be fine.

Great location, very near the Plaza but far enough away to be not too noisy. Staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was good. Boxes breakfasts were supplied when we needed for early tours The building is a lovely old colonial building with no lift. The staff help with bags and all was fine for us but something to consider if you had mobility issues

The staff are also very friendly. We were upgraded to a better room, which we really appreciate. The room was spacious, but it was on a higher floor, so the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Relatively quiet for a central location in Cusco. We stayed on NYE and by closing the bathroom door (which had a small ventilation window open to the street) we were able surprisingly to stop most of the street noise from entering the bedroom. Our room was situated away from the inner courtyard so we also didn't have much internal noise. Staff friendly and helpful (no elevators so staff helped us carry our suitcases to our room) and permanent tea facilities in the lobby. The showers were cold - we ran them for a few minutes but they never heated up. We were only staying for a short night so didn't bother following up with reception and went straight to bed. Our room, while relatively quiet, was quite dark as our window faced a small service alley. For rooms that don't have much natural light, it would be nice if the room lights could be made brighter.

- stuff was very nice and helpfull - location - breakfast organization. It was very chaotic one day, they seemed understaffed. Maybe because it was around New Year. - breakfast was quite modest.

Clean and nice Hotel in the center of Cusco with very friendly service. The owner helped us alot to book several trips (rainbow mountain, sacred valley,...) and transfers for the next day. Food was good as well :)

Awesome staff. Decent breakfast. Great location It wasnt a problem for us, but if you're unfit and overweight, you should request a room on the 1st floor. Many guests really struggled with the stairs at this altitude. Please take this seriously.
