It was beautiful, clean , and away from the noise of the main square. It was also really close to everything I needed. The steps!! But this couldn’t be avoided in a place like Cusco. Going up and down helped get me ready for my Inca trail adventure.

Very friendly Staff and nice breakfast

a good value for the location in Cuzco. Simple breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. The noise easily carried on the flooring type and thin walls. My room was next to the lobby seating area so people with early departures disrupted sleep. The stairs to get to the pedestrian only entrance.

Charming colonial fixtures, fittings, and decorations. A beautiful courtyard. It was located in a small pedestrian only Street in the heart of Centro Historico. The staff were incredibly helpful to us when my wife had a medical emergency. Nothing, I loved it. Beware, however, if you can’t walk up steps because that’s the only way to get to the property.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed help weighing a bag before the Inca Trail and they had a scale we could use. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options including eggs to order. The location is ideal, close to everything but away from a Main street so still very quiet. The bathroom overhead window made it quite cold overnight so we kept the bathroom door shut to keep the heat in the room.

Beautiful property with views of the city and nice courtyard and indoor seating areas. The style very much reflected that we were in historic Cusco. Nice pillows and bedding. Very tidy and clean, especially the public areas. Appreciated the breakfast that was included with our stay, which made it an especially great value! Welcoming, helpful, attentive staff on site 24 hours. Property felt very secure. They let us store our bags for the day while we explored the city before our late flight, and one other bag during our two day trip to Machu Picchu (we had overnights at Hosteria de Anita on both ends). Thank you for the hospitality! Be ready for stairs…to carry your luggage up to the pedestrian street from the taxi drop off. You will also be walking down and up to get to the Plaza de Armas and other sites. Upon arrival, this can be tough if you’re adjusting to altitude! WiFi was minimal during our stay.

Clean and good location

Breakfast was great. Wifi was fast. Sheets were stained when we got there. However they did change them when asked.

This hotel is in the historic central area of Cusco. Super easy to walk to all the main areas. It is set back from the road. Up some stairs and down a small alley which made it very quiet from street noise. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer along with eggs made fresh (fried or scrambled eggs). The staff arranged easy airport transfers. The WiFi signal in the room (2nd floor) was not very strong.

I think it’s more of a Cuzco-specific issue but hot water not always in supply, and odour coming from the drains in the bathroom.
-
The location is quiet and close to the main interest points, the staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, they offer many breakfast options and offer coca or muña tea to help with altitude sickness through a drinking station. We were also able to store our large luggage with them while we traveled to Machu Pichu. In one of the rooms I stayed in, I could hear my neighbors chat and use the bathroom, it was fine once the bathroom door was closed

This was a really charming and comfortable hotel. The WiFi was great, rooms were charming and lovely, and the breakfast was exceptional! N/A - no complaints and it was really quiet at night!
-
Comfortable hotel for a short stay in Cusco, near lots of restaurants and shops. We stayed here a night after visiting Machu Picchu and before heading back to Lima, and it fit our needs perfectly. N/A

The place is beautiful calm and quiet at night, staff was so friendly and helpful, they even packed breakfast for us as we had an early trip and could not have breakfast there. A plus is it's only three blocks from the Plaza Mayor. It was a real pleasant experience.
-
It was very clean, and it had everything I needed for that trip! The breakfast was great too!! Walking distance to almost everything! Tons of restaurants nearby! We had to walk upstairs to get to it, so do not bring big bags! You might hear other guests rolling their bags in the middle of the night! People take tours very early in the morning!

The place is clean, it provides hot water, coca tea, and coffee The WiFi is very weak , the property is up on the hill, only access via a 20 steps stairs, it’s bad carrying it with a large luggage and high altitude sickness

everything the steps to go there

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They stored luggage for us, provided a wonderful breakfast, and were very helpful with our travel plans. Hot tea in lobby was also very nice, and the garden is lovely. Wifi is not strong in the rooms

The breakfast was lovely, the room was really comfortable with a lovely bathrooms. Lots of nice outdoor seating and we were able to sit in the lobby to wait for our bus. The back hold system is also much better than other places I’ve stayed.
