The people, the Ping pong table, the rooms spacious, good service Hot water in the bathroom takes a lot of time to come out.

The location is convenient and close to the centre of town. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The price is good. Tours were able to pick me up at the hostel due to the location.

Music was loud until 11:00 PM, but there was earplugs provided that were pretty noise cancelling
-
The water was warm but not hot & the room was cold. The breakfast is free but very small.

Beautiful views and lots of options to do my morning practice; I enjoyed the deck as the sun is coming over the hills. It's ruff around the edges but that's appropriate for the price.
-
The bathroom is in the room, the curtain in the room is very thick so you could sleep forever. Duvet and blanket is very comfortable. They provide you complimentary coca tea.

clean, beautifully decorated, open 24/7, very helpful staff it was loud at night inside the building. I did stay on weekend dates but I'd come back late, midnight or 1 am and loud activities in building. I have high quality ear plugs so I slept through it. I'd recommend good earplugs for this place. It took 10 minutes often for shower to have hot water. Breakfast mediocre. Staff super friendly, just be ready to utilize translator app if you don't speak Spanish. They are very patient and kind.

You are located in the heart of the old part of Cusco and so the area is very touristy but there’s lots of things to do! The common areas were unique and beautiful. They had someone available to help you with travel and excursion questions as well. The air fresheners in the dorm rooms were incredibly strong so if you have a sensitivity to strong air fresheners then I would avoid the dorms specifically, but I’m sure a personal room would have been fine.

All. The staff, the dorm, the vibe, The cleanliness of the hostel. Nothing to report.
-
The breakfast is limited, but can't complain when it's free!

location was great and beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms shared between 10 people were only cleaned every second day (including emptying bins) which was a bit gross. Also had to ask 4 times for empty soap dispenser to be filled - extra gross. light/tv from the common area went straight into one of the dorm rooms. Wifi didn't work well in the rooms.

Liked the design of the hostel, nice breakfast, bar included in Hostel WIFI connection was really bad, no hot water after 11 PM
