Good location, friendly staff but quite basic

Nice place good location etc The hostel also has a great travel agency that we went for two tours with so recommend that as well A bit pricy for what you get. Its really an ordinary place and the price is quite high for peru

Naty is so wonderful and helpful . She allowed us to store our bags . Rooms were very warm and cosy. Excellent location we stayed somewhere else in Cusco but this location is best for exploring san Blas. Nothing

The skylight lights up the room very early in the morning

Good, hot water with decent pressure. Plenty of covers on the bed to keep you warm on cold nights. There is no heating in the room, but your body heat ends up warming it up eventually. Breakfast was lovely with a cooked egg option. The people are very friendly and the lodging is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything but far enough away to get a good night's rest. They do watch your bags while you trek (like all other lodging in Cuzco). Pricing, value and comfort are equal to other lodging in the area. I personally had problems with the wifi, only in the room, but they were quick to attempt to address the problem. The only thing I would improve upon is the mold, but it seems to be a pretty common problem in Cuzco.

Naty’s was so welcoming! They arranged our taxis from and to the airport, provided breakfast, and allowed us to leave our bags in a locker while we did the Salkantay Trek. Nice location down a quiet street while still being in the middle of Cusco. They also speak great English.

The shower was great with hot water, also the location was superb. The hosts are also very accommodating and friendly! The rooms downstairs don't really have WiFi unfortunately, however we could switch rooms instantly.

Wonderful couple running the staff, very lovely hotel with nice breakfast. Felt like a warm home

Such friendly hosts and really helpful whether it was booking tours, amending breakfast times for us or booking a taxi. Breakfast was great! Very easy to walk to the main square with some restaurants and shops very nearby too. Rooms were a good size and beds really comfortable!

Aww, this guest house was great. It was my first time staying in a guest house & it was a great experience. The room was comfortable & clean. Mr & Mrs Naty :) were very helpful & were happy to help. Had a lovely breakfast every morning. The location is great. Not even a 5 minute walk to the town & main square. I can't fault this guest house (or Cusco) ? I absolutely loved my time here. Highly recommend Naty's guest house

Naty's Guesthouse is a wonderful, homely place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the location is really close to the center but in a tucked away quiet street. No problems with hot water (just need to wait a little bit sometimes) and the breakfast was good too. Most of all Naty and Valerio are really friendly, helping us with booking tours, taxis, advice for visiting places around town ourselves, and more. The rooms let in some light in the morning or at night if people are moving around the corridor, but we had eye masks so no problem. The WiFi was not great in some parts of the building.

Location and friendliness Nothing

I didn't stay with them. They waived my cancellation fee. The reason why I didn't stay was because I made a reservation for a room, afterwards I was informed to pay another price from the place. I don't know what happened, either the price listed was wrong or something else. I had to reach out to customer service to waive my cancellation fee. It's not a big amount just couldn't trust the place any longer.

This place is excellent. Naty and her husband are fantastic, so nice and extremely helpful. They are also a tour agency so it was super easy to book through them. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. And great location, easy walks to everything in old town

Super cute and comfy right in the heart of the historical center. Loved it all. Photos don't do the place justice its much nicer

Very good

They also let us use the kitchen. There is only one roof window for light but no window you can open for fresh air. Still we knew that and it was still definitely worth it
-
Clean big private close to the center Cold shower sometimes, but when you ask, there is hot water I'm the shower (not every time)

It was a really nice stay! The hosts were super nice, gave us a lot of useful touristic information and let us leave our luggages there while we were visiting Machu Picchu. The room was very clean, they make your bed and clean a bit the room every day. They also change the towels. We had warm water and good water pressure. The breakfast was egg, bread, butter, jam, coffee and tea.
