They overbooked and I was not able to stay. Crazy.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, felt clean, comfortable, and safe Outdoor courtyard would be nice, but the site and the lobby courtyard was very nice.

Excellent location, absolutely clean and nice place, friendly and very helpful staff, had lovely time

Clean and quiet and great location near Plaza de Armas. Bathroom smelled like sewer gas.

The hotel is charming, clean, and quiet. The staff we encountered were nice. We notified the front desk that we were going on an excursion, and they packed us a to-go box of breakfast. It is walking distance from the main plaza. There are some stores, restaurants, nightclub, and pharmacy nearby.

Felt safe. Great staff. Clean. Decent breakfast. Flexible. No outside windows. Only one exit in an emergency? No fans in the room. Too warm, even in October.
-
Great breakfast - nice variety and local specialties daily Awesome staff - one of the more memorable places because of the staff and manager who was very hands on Mattress a little firm, but some may like it. Great bathroom.
-
staff was super friendly. Last room we stayed in had some artefacts in a cabinet which was interesting. the layout feels genuine and the breakfast was plentiful and nice. All windows are inward facing towards the courtyard so we hear it when people leave early to go on tours. Not a super modern hotel but it works and is characterful.

Very friendly staff. We were able to leave luggage whilst going off on trips . Quiet part of town Nothing really. A bit of a walk from the town square but really only took 10 mins

Great variety at breakfast. Friendly, very accommodating staff. Bed mattress quite firm - depends on preference

Central and economical. Beds clean and fair breakfast. Noise in the central courtyard by certain guests when trying to sleep in early, Take ear plugs, Night was ok. No lift, but staff helped with suitcases. Some spiders in the room which needed a swatting before we slept...some rooms very rustic.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They were always welcoming and were nice enough to store our luggage for our trip to Machu Picchu. They also arranged a transfer for us. The hotel was very beautiful and the room was very nice.
