The girl on the front desk is the best! She was so nice and helpful! They even made us breakfast to go when we told them we were leaving very early for the excursion next day. The room looks modern and clean On the first day we didn’t have hot water (it was warm, but not hot), the room is small, it doesn’t have any space for storage beside a small rack. It was cold in the room, but it had a small heater

It’s quaint, the location because it’s walking distance to the central plaza. It’s pretty clean. Bed is comfortable. The room has no vent, has to open the window to let the air in since there is no AC but it can be loud when other guests are talking.

Clean and quiet Nothing

It was very cute, clean facilities, staff was very helpful. Gladys was fantastic and even packed us a breakfast to take with us on our early tour! Will definitely stay here again. Hot water in the shower was a little cool the first night but was better later. Room was slightly cool without heat but that is likely normal for the area. Blankets and bed were definitely cozy and made for a pleasant sleep.

The hotel is new so they are still working on a ramp to access the lobby with a heavy suitcase. There is no elevator but they are happy to help you with facts if you need it.

This hotel is an incredible value. Everything is fresh, clean, and modern. The mattress and pillows are the most comfortable I've slept on in two weeks of traveling in Peru. The room overlooked a nice little square, but the double-pane windows (a rarity in Peru!) kept out the outside noise. Water was hot at all hours and there was a built-in heater. There's oxygen and coca tea to help with altitude sickness. The staff were all incredibly friendly. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. If I return to Cusco, I will definitely be booking this hotel again! I think some small details could make it even more perfect- more shelf space in the shower to hold toiletries; have an outlet and light switch on each side of the bed; match the height of the table and chairs in the room so they can be used together. But these are just small things that didn't really affect my stay. The main improvement could be stronger WiFi in the rooms.

There was ongoing construction in the facility. The room we were in was likely just redone and the smell of chemicals was so bad we had to leave the door open whenever we were in the room to breathe. There were no windows in our room or natural light. The wifi didn't work in the room and the signal was so weak that the TV didn't work well either. The construction was poorly done so the bathroom would flood due to bad drainage.

The friendliest staff and most attentive service! Highly recommend.

Location, bed size Wifi, no hairdryer

Perfect location in a quiet area and not uphill. The breakfast is delicious. I love the multiple options. This is likely the best bed, pillow, and towels I had in the month I have been traveling Perú. You can pay with credit card or any other method. The room could have more storage, a small table, and a chair. It's not needed, but a plus.
