The room was amazing

There were issues with Wi-Fi and locks.

Breakfast offered a good selection of foods and drinks. The food tasted fresh and the service was excellent. At booking, it says breakfast is included in the price. I booked for our family of 4 but was advised at check in that I would need to pay for my 10 year old’s breakfast for the days we are staying at $12 (usd) per day. The representative even confirmed that the breakfast was complimentary but then contradicted herself and told me there was a charge for my daughter. It was very confusing and misleading.

It would be nice if they had smart tvs and streaming services.

Loved this place. A series of courtyards - Felt spacious and calm but located right in the in the center of Cusco. The room was clean and nice and the staff were lovely and helpful. They need to replace their yoga mats.

My daughter had a medical emergency and all the staff went above and beyond to help us. I wan’t to especially thank Mishell in Reception and Shirley for their extraordinary support and disposition. I liked EVERYTHING. The architecture, the rooms, and the friendliness of EVERYONE.

Fantast location and staff stored bags for 2 hike. Highly recommend

I thought it was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very helpful, I can’t stop raving about the In-house tour guide!!!! Yordan was so helpful and always communicated. I also really appreciated the free water in the bathrooms. I thought the carpet needed cleaning, but everything else was great!

Some rooms can get quite warm so opening a window is necessary but s not of nice then comes in.

Great location. Nice classic open patio for dining and lounging and sweet space in lobby area with fireplace too. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Can hear people’s voices walking down the hall because of traditional structure. Not a lot of natural light in rooms for same reason.

Beautiful hotel with many great restaurants nearby. The breakfast is excellent, and it’s only a 5-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The rooms are very cozy, and the hotel staff are very welcoming and well trained. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the hotel itself, cozy and nice.

The breakfast was good. Not amazing but good. We had plenty of choices. The green juice was very watery and the staff took our feedback very gracefully. The outdoor courtyard was divine! The bathroom needed a light without the fan attached. The beds were moderately comfortable.

I loved the location and the staff It was very pricy and i don’t think the price matched the room comfort.

Blow dryer could be updated.

Casa Andina's location was fantastic and the breakfast buffet excellent. But what really stood out was the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff - particularly the manager Jimmy and bell-boy Saul. Nothing

rooms size and beds. we are a family of four and had two twin beds. beds were small and the hotel could not offer individual beds or an additional sofa. not acceptable for a 5-star hotel.

noise, you can hear all happening in the hallway in your room.

Excellent location only a short walk from Cusco city center. The hotel is pretty, the rooms a a fair size and well stocked. The breakfast was excellent.
