Good breakfast, Good location. We left our luggages for 2 days when we had an excursion, no problems at all. Staff were wonderful. Our room was facing a busy street but we didn't hear much after we closed the window.

They gave me a bigger room with a large window. The first room that I rejected was smelly, dirty, with a small interior window.

One does tend to hear the neighbors, especially if they get up for an early trip to Machu Picchu, LOL.

Location is excellent. Safe and close to everything. Beds and pillows were super comfortable which is very important to me for good rest. High quality bed sheets. Very quiet room. Everything was super clean. Good hot water. I really appreciated all the nice common areas and hot tea available at the lobby. Breakfast was lovely. Clean towels but a bit dingy and old. That’s the only thing that could use some attention as everything else was perfect.

Triple room was quite spacious and beautifully furnished with Peruvian textiles. Shower water pressure and temperature were good. Reception was good and fast, they even have drink dispensers like munya tea and coca tea at the lobby. Good spread at breakfast. Walkable distance to the plaza with many shops and cafes along the route.

Nice location!! Very close to convenience stores and coffee shops. The staff was AMAZING !!! And the breakfast was really good too.

The staff was great, I had a lot of bags and they checked me in quickly and helped me bring everything to my room.
