The hotel is charming, with the beautiful courtyard. Staff were gracious, especially Maria, who greeted me when I arrived in the evening. The location is very good, very close to Plaza Del Armas. My bathroom smells like mold, but it was very clean otherwise. Probably because there was no window.

Historical building, very good breakfast

Excellent location. Quaint boutique hotel

Location was great. It’s down a little pathway on the side. Was able to do early and late check due to our flights and paid a small fee for both. The hot water went off while in the shower, but was happy that the hot water worked everyday.

Awesome breakfast, very friendly staff, very clean and good location. Occasionally no hot water, beds were a little uncomfortable

Great location. The staff was so wonderful. Kept our room clean. Made us fresh eggs every morning along with the breakfast spread. Kept our bags while we hiked the Inka trail and arranged taxis. What a wonderful hotel. Floors are a bit squeaky so if you need sleep before a 4am pick up, can be loud. But it is a small hotel so not too many people at once, which is nice.

Nothing Old outdated rooms, uncomfortable noisy bed and frame , poor soundproofing between rooms.

We loved the location. It was a short walk to restaurants and sights. Quaint antique building on a quiet street, with lots of character. The breakfasts were very good with many choices and staff was available 24/7 to help with any questions. Due to the historic age of the building, the walls were thin and you could have internal noise at night.

Unique property in an excellent location in Cusco. The rooms a were pretty and well-kept and quite large. The hot water supply was pretty good for Peru but not perfect.
-
The hot water in the rooms was only lukewarm.

Beautiful! Clean! The staff were always there, very attentive and quick to help, very polite. The hot water in the shower was not consistent.

It was a beautiful hotel located perfectly for all the activities that we were doing The bathroom in our room was extremely small
-
Really pretty building and room with a great location and interesting history.

We loved the historic building, proximity to many sites, the warm heated rooms and the kind staff. We would like to have filtered water available to drink

Great location, great price, comfy bed Shower leaked into bathroom floor a bit

Stairs to second floor.

Location is just across the Temple of the Sun and nearby the Market. Best passion fruit at breakfast. Bed is not comfortable. Bathroom is way too small and warm water is not consistent.

Very accommodating staff, help me with also sorts of issues (eg need a shower after rainbow mountain tour before taking a night bus; keeping my luggage while I went to Machu Picchu. The heater in the second floor rooms didn’t work well. Also a bit of hassle that I needed to ring the bell to get in and get out
