Small window, abandoned kitten crying outside broke my heart. I couldn't reach it. I let the cat cafe next door know it needed help...

There were hot water in the shower

Great location close to el Centro and the staff was amazing, everyone that we had contact with was great. The property looked a little dirty but I think it was the facility, is old it really needs a makeover. They don’t refill amenities not even toilet paper. The breakfast was really fresh and the service exceptional. Room was cozy with heater and lots of blankets, appreciate that.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, perfect for the night Could hear lots of noises, there must be a club nearby because on weekend it was very loud in my room and the in the morning I could hear the rooster. I’d still stay there again but something to consider if you are light sleeper.

Very well located I got a room on the ground floor, and it was really noisy. The reception was just a few meters away, so I could hear all guests and staff talking and walking.

The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting downtown Cusco; you can walk anywhere. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

Staffs were very helpful and responsive. They responded quickly for my taxi request, though they only use Spanish. The location was super nice, very close to Qorikancha and the plaza. The breakfast was also very good. It's a hostel, so the facilities were decent, but we really enjoyed the stay.

The location was great. Friendly staff. We were able to check in early and they stored our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. Noise from the street.

Excellent staff and location.

Location My room was next to reception. The lady working the night shift was on the phone very loud for over an hour very late. Impossible to sleep

Great location. 5 min walk to plaza de armas. Lots of shops around, no bars next door so mostly quiet. There was a rooster that was a bit noisy. TV had lots of channels. Heater in room (although mine wasn’t big enough to heat entire room). Lots of blankets on the bed so I was warm at night. It was 3C/38F in the late night when I was here in June. They had a hairdryer I borrowed from the front desk. Desk staff didn’t speak English but were super nice. They lock the front door so may need to wait a couple minutes to get in but that is to be expected with a small family run hotel. Maybe only 7 rooms. I liked the security of it. My WiFi in room 304 worked good. The breakfast was good- eggs, bread, fruit, coffee/tea, juice. Served 6am-9am. All was good. But the windows seem open at all times in the dining area making it cold (at 7am) even with my jacket on.

Comfortable bed, water in the shower worked all the time. Good breakfast of fruit, fruit juice, egg and bread with jam plus tea and coffee. The room was clean. Staff were helpful with requests and friendly. The window was just onto some roof tiles. Noise seemed to carry through the building. Might be a problem if you are a light sleeper. The strangest thing was that the TV was hanging on a bracket into the room at a height of about 1.7m. I am 1.8m tall and so kept banging my head on it.

The hotel has a very good location, as it is just few meters away from Plaza de Armas. Highlight to the staff, which was very attentive. The hotel has warm water all the time and was kept very clean. They have heaters. As it is located near plaza de armas, you can hear a bit of the music during the night, but it does not bother to the point of missing the sleep.

Very nice & friendly staff. Heater in the room. Always had hot water. Very close to the city. 2 min by foot. Could be cleaner (hairs in bathroom & bed, blanket was very dirty). Walls are very thin - you can hear everyone coming home or leaving.
