Great location, great service especially in courtyard area! Good price for convenient location, very nice courtyard area for cocktails. Early check in. Professional staff. Bathrooms a bit small

Blow dryer kept shorting. I could not fully dry my hair. Otherwise all was great

Wonderful staff, beautiful Colonial style rooms and central lobby, and a fantastic location just off Plaza de Armas. Beautiful restaurant menu, and great breakfast buffet. They even packed a big breakfast bag for our Macchu Picchu day trip.

The staff really did everything to help us feel comfortable with our little ones, loved getting a massage at the spa after a full day of hiking. The center of the hotel is the lobby/restaurant, our room was on the first floor facing the lobby and we had to close the windows so people would not see us/to shut down the noise from diners. If you are claustrophobic, not the right place

Location and cleanliness. There’s really nothing I didn’t like.

Location and building. I booked two double rooms with big beds. They made us pay extra for the fourth guest. Two double rooms equals four people unless specified. Two per room. Two couples. The bed in one of the double rooms was so small my husband hardly fit lengthwise and it was very uncomfortable as it was narrow as well. Not a normal bed for two. And we paid a considerable amount of money for one night.

Location, spa and staff were wonderful

Bed was harder than I prefer. Sheets weren’t soft and the bedspread was hard. Pillows were not comfortable either. No ac a portable one would have been nice to have.

Wonderful location. Easy walk to many shops, restaurants and attractions. Beautiful hotel. Street noise at night. Bring ear plugs. No air con in rooms.

Breakfast was good but overpriced

My room in the historical section was great! Loved the courtyard. I'm glad we weren't in the newer part of the hotel, which looked institutional based on the hallway.
