Location is awesome. The dining room overlooking the courtyard where you could sit in the day The attentiveness and accommodation of the staff. I had booked 2 nights but, at gone midday after the first night, decided I wanted to head to Machu Picchu a day early. I asked if I could transfer the reservation to my last night in town and they did so even though check out was at 10! Noisy street if you have a balcony/window room. Inside rooms didn’t have a window.

The staff and the location were the only positives. Constant problems with the water being shut off. The first room I got had no water at all. Was changed to another one and still had issues with there randomly being no water. Toilet was leaking leading to the bathroom area being permanently damp and smelly. Bed was hard and room was cold and dark with no windows facing outside. Needs major updating. You could probably find better facilities elsewhere for less.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Hot water needs to be more reliable in one of the rooms I occupied for a time.

Very friendly people at the reception and breakfast. Nice building. The electrical shower.

Very good location and close to good restaurants. Could have been less expensive for the quality.

The only good thing was location. Staff were pleasant but not present much. No face wash cloth only shower towel. Horrible smell of mold/mildew or something from bathroom that permeated the room. Mattress very uncomfortable. Window only to an inner hall way, not to outdoors. Breakfast was a packet of instant coffee and 2 pieces of bread. Courtyard of hotel not at all like Booking.com advertisement! Heard everything from neighboring rooms, and I mean EVERYTHING!

A very kind staff, good breakfast, nice street view It was cold in the room

The staff are nice and they try their best to fulfill your needs. The location is good and super close to the main squire of Cusco. The hot water has a very low pressure and it gets cold very quick. There is no heater (typical in Cusco) and the room gets really cold at night. Even though the breakfast was nice, I'd still have to wait for 20 mins and then physically go to the receptionist and ask to be served. It's really noisy.

Location and price were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Interesting Colonial building. Free breakfast. Very warm wool blankets on the bed. Hard beds and cold rooms. Luckily the blankets were warm. We rented an electric heater which gave a little warmth when you were next to it.
