It was a freezing cold stay. No heaters in the room on cold nights, but generally a good place.

The hotel is pretty old and needs a lot of attention. At night even with the heater it was pretty cold. During rain days some customers complained about leaking in their rooms... very poorly maintained

The location was very convenient, very close to the main square and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was served right outside our room, so there was very little privacy. We could hear the other guests while they had breakfast. The hotel is located next to a busy street and it was very noisy during the night and early in the morning. The room had an opening on the roof that was covered with a piece of cloth and was very bright during the morning. We did not sleep well. The bathroom was on the first floor which was a bit uncomfortable and we had to ask for bath towels because we had not been supplied with any.

The staff was awesome! The rooms were comfortable and the location perfect for exploring Cusco. Luz was my favorite person at the hotel, she could not have been kinder or more helpful, and I felt like I had made a friend by the time I checked out. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco!

The common areas are not the best but honestly you won't be spending much time in the hotel outside of your room anyways.

No one at door when I arrived despite multiple texts between us describing time of arrival. Door locked. Telephone not answered. The proprietor from the shop next door took me to the bar down the street—apparently owned by the same person—and they let me into the lobby through the basement. The couch was FILTHY, so I stood waiting half an hour, wondering if I really had a place to stay, for staff to show up.

Staff assisted and fulfilled all our requests and needs. The location provided us with proximity and access to all the areas of interest within walking distance.

Clean, comfortable room. The location is the best. Few minutes walk to all the main things to see.

Good location close to plaza mayor de cusco and qurikancha. I hope Bath tun can be used.

I really appreciated the hot water and the tub in our room. The beds were very comfortable and staff was incredibly accommodating. It’s not as pretty as other hotels and could use repairs to the roof.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early departure one day and we were offered a box lunch in lieu of the breakfast. Great spot from which to see Cusco
