Very friendly and flexible staff. Super comfy bed and amazing breakfast. The building is beautiful and in a great location. Highly recommend! A kettle in the room could be nice to have. We asked for one, so not a deal breaker at all - just a suggestion. Tea selection in the room could also have been nicer.

The hotel is gorgeous and historic. It was very clean and decorative. Staff always greeted us. The bed was the biggest/widest and most comfortable bed I’ve ever seen with 8 pillows. I slept so well! Nothing!

Beautiful hotel in the very heart of Cusco. Certainly one of the best if not the premier hotel in the whole city. Delightful staff. Tasteful decorations. Comfortable rooms with oxygen for the high altitude. We can only recommend Nothing!

Facility was in perfect location. There’s a 24 hour front desk service. Loved how breakfast was packed if you have early travels. The pool/spa was nice. Hands down Best place to stay in Cusco.
