The location was the best. Very easy to get around the wonderful city of Cusco. Very safe as well, no problems getting to dinner or shops in the evenings and very enjoyable area. I liked the courtyards and the property was nice and plenty of areas to sit while waiting for tours and pick up. The breakfast area was appealing good and the time of 6 am for breakfast made it easy for us to eat before our morning tours. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and we felt well rested for our adventures. The showers were great as well and comforting after a long day out. Nothing noticeable or important to the stay for our purpose.

Great location, nice breakfast, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff No hot water in shower and no soap in shower (empty) Room had 0 noise isolation, it felt like we slept on the street as the balcony door is not sealed and straight to the street. We usually don't have issues with noise but this was truly untolerable

Excellent location, beautiful place and comfortable rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. There were several loud noises (like washing the floors or toilets) at 4am in the morning.

Booked the hotel, they didn't have enough room to accommodate the amount of people we booked for, we were forced to cancel but they refused to refund us and so we had to pay for both this hotel and another even when they didn't have the rooms that we originally booked! We're now having to chase it all through our credit card because we're just being ignored!

Location Can be very noisy when the hotel guest gathered at the patio and also in the morning when they are going out for an early excursion. Low water pressure at room 105.

The hotel is nice, with a beautiful patio. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The room was on the side, small and very dark. Compared to other properties in the area, it is not value for money. You can find a similar room in a similar property at half the price.

We loved our stay here. Excellent location, super friendly staff, great breakfast and a gorgeous communal courtyard area. The only downside was the lack of block out blinds on the windows / sky light! Though this seems to be the standard around Peru.
