Excellent staff, convenient location, good value Rooms very somewhat noisy
-
Location and staff were great. Bed comfortable and food pillows. Hot water most of the time wasn’t hot. Mold issue in the bathroom. It’s really noisy when people walk in or talking anywhere in the hotel due to the way it’s constructed. Not for sensitive sleepers.

The people working there are amazing (especially Eduardo) and made our stay as stress free as possible. Great massages Greta breakfast

Excellent staff that greeted me each time by my name. Was permitted to store luggage while on 4-day tour. Window facing courtyard
-
Great location near the historic city center, excellent staff, from front office to the breakfast restaurant area. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Just wonderful. Nothing

Close to city center Clean Fan not strong enough in bathroom, remains moist

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming — they even remembered my name.I stayed here twice: first for a short one-night stay, and then returned three days later. When I checked back in, they had already placed my luggage in my room, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also kindly waited with me early in the morning for my agency pickup, making sure my safety. On my checkout day — which happened to be Valentine’s Day — they surprised me with a big hug. It really felt like staying at home rather than at a hotel.

We loved our stay so much we ended up booking for both legs of our trip! Very nice, clean, simple rooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful! The first leg of our trip we had a room right on the main road. It could be quite loud at night/early in the morning.

Location and staff You can hear noise from other rooms and the rooms are too stuffy, no A/C and if you open the window which is in the hallway you can hear everything.

I liked everything about this property, but especially the staff.

great location, staff and cleanliness, family room was very spacious. staff was extremely helpful in booking tours and everything we needed. the family room was on the bottom floor and it got a bit stuffy. but once windows were open it was better.

Great location Breakfast was underwhelming; eggs were cold

Staff were friendly, spoke reasonable English, and helped us with our luggage. The hotel was really clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great - cereal, bread, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, juice, etc, and the option for cooked eggs. It was so close to the main square, but we didn't hear any noise at night, even though there was a festival going on. There's also a sports bar virtually next door, selling super large portions of food. Just request whatever sport you want to watch, and they seem to be able to accommodate it. Other than that, you are steps away from a variety of shops and restaurants in a nice safe area. The room was a bit cold for the first few hours but it was fine after that. It did have a radiator, which seemed really efficient.

+ Location - really close to get around on foot + Breakfast - fresh and tasty + amazing service + Staff - very helpful and kind The room was outdated and no window outside, shower was working badly the first night

The staff was very kind, 24 hours helpful and attentive. They provide breakfast kits for travellers leaving at 3:55 AM to visit Machu Pichu and allow you to leave your luggage after check out to sightseeing town Center. The rooms do not provide mini fridge or bath.
