Its a traditional Cusco building , its nice Some small decoration details , like a turquoise light coming out of a water well or an AI printed banner on the main patio, but nothing really important.

The rooms were so clean and beautiful. Very comfy.

Kind staff. Very dated and poorly located. Poor breakfast.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Even their restaurant recommendations were wonderful! The check in and check out experience was seamless. They also allowed us to store our bags and use their facilities after checkout due to a late travel departure. Highly recommend this stay.

I liked the hotel , the infrastructure and the rooms are super comfortable.

The location was great, away from the noisy area so we could sleep well at night. Very quiet place. It’s a very cute place with a courtyard and placed to take photos. The staff understood English well and very helpful. You could see the view of the city from the loft which was great. They kept our bags while we went on the Inca trek and also the last day after we checked out until we had to leave to get to the airport. They also called the taxi service. No central heating (maybe no cooling either?) so it was cold even with the space heater. The bathroom sink only had cold water faucet. It took a long time for the hot water to heat up to take hot shower. They didn’t reply to my WhatsApp message.

The rooms have a nice decor and the mattress was firm! I also enjoyed walking in the garden.

Helpful staff. Very good location. Beautiful setting - in particular the courtyard. Nice, comfortable room. Before we arrived they didn't reply to a number of my messages. However, that might have been a Booking.com issue rather than the hotel directly. Breakfast was late starting one morning which proved inconvenient as we had a tour booked. Also the walls were a little on the thin side.

Very friendly and helpful staff, ok breakfast and nice location. For some reason they play Peruvian folk music through a sound system that's audible throughout the hotel... this starts very early and as much as I like local music, I prefer to choose when to listen to it. Very annoying!

+ beautiful decor + spacious room + very clean, also gets cleaned everyday + all the staff were very friendly + great location + quiet at night + amazing buffet breakfast from 6am-10am + free tea, umbrellas to borrow + great value for the price + they were very flexible with our check-in and check-our times We loved our stay here, couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The wifi sometimes didn’t work well in our room, but that’s likely because our room was in the corner of the property (room 212), though it wasn’t a big deal for us, also the wifi worked totally fine everywhere else
