I really like the location and security. The cable was difficult to access. Maybe leaving notes of how to use it would be beneficial.

Big bed No heater

Great location, easily accessible to the pickup spot for Inca Rail and the town square. Easy drive in from the airport. The shower was tiny and water doesn’t get very hot. The doors aren’t sealed well so it got really cold at night since there isn’t heat. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom either so it gets smelly in the whole room after your business is done.

Clean, friendly staff, great fluffy blankets, awesome downtown location

The hostel is close to the center ( 10 min walk), the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, with a window, white clean towels, hot shower. It was a good stay for a night. We paid 25 dollars. Which is a good deal.

Great location It needs to be remodeled
-
Noise easily travels into the room.

Hot shower, Location and staff was very helpful with information and attending to our needs. No heater in the room so the room was constantly cold and no hot water from face sink

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were big, the laundry was pretty affordable (6 soles per kilo) The hot water did not work well at all. It either wouldn’t turn on after running the water for ten seconds, or you’d get about 3 or 4 minutes and then it would run cold. I spoke to the receptionist several times and she said it required going to the terrace and fiddling with the hot water heater, which she did, and then sometimes it would work longer. However, I had to go down and speak with her (in my bathrobe) pretty much every time I wanted to shower or my partner wanted to shower. This was incredibly annoying and the room was not worth not having hot water (it wasn’t cheap, and I paid the extra for being able to take a hot shower). My only other complaint is that you got a decent amount of hallway/courtyard noise, but not that much from the other rooms themselves so that wasn’t that big of a deal. The location is okay but not close to a ton of restaurants and the city center compared to other places to stay.

Cold, stone tiles on the floor - also cold

The perfect spot in Cusco! Central Location, Huge rooms, the comfiest beds with tons of blankets to keep warm. The staff was amazing and held my bags for me and heated up my food. Price point is good, I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay

This is a great and safe location. The beds are very comfortable, WiFi is good. The staff were very kind and sweet. We left our luggage here when we went to Machu Picchu and stayed another night or two. When we came back our luggage was already upstairs in our room which was so nice. The staff was very accommodating. Only small complaint was while the first time the shower have somewhat warm water, then the second time you would get maybe 30 seconds hot water, it would lose all water pressure, and you would have to switch to cold. At one point there was no water for a little but sounds like from reviews that’s not a common problem and maybe someone left water running. I would still stay here!

The staff. Ciro was the best host ever! Always available for any need. Liston was also great, just a few minutes from Plaza de Armas There was some issues with the water, but Ciro quickly fixed them. The room also felt cold.

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The service was excellent — the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect — close to the main square, restaurants and all the sights we wanted to explore. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The proximity to the city centre. The bed was big and comfortable. Very cold and humid. The shower water was either extremely hot or cold. Also there was no natural light in our room.

Good location , very nice and helpful staff. The room is big enough and clean. At night it's pretty cold, but you have enough blankets .there is no heating in the room. The sink has no hot water. You have hot water in the shower but only for 5 minutes, then it's cold again...then if you wait enough time...you have more 5 minutes of hot water...and so on. Also found some long hairs on the bed linen. Overall not too bad..considering the location it is pretty cheap, so good value for money.

Good location. Room was big, bed was huge (and comfortable), shower was very hot & the room had a big tv which was an added bonus. The host was lovely, really attentive and helped us with laundry, organised a heater for us & allowed us to store our luggage on our final day. Overall, great value for money! The room can be pretty cold but there are plenty of blankets for this & we were given a heater after asking. Also, due to the cold, the bathroom couldn’t really dry after showers. That said, this was not a big issue for a couple of days stay.

Excellent location for traveller's without a vehicle. We walked to the square, bars, restaurants, and historical sites. There are small markets and pharmaciwithin a short walk. The pillows on the bed are hard foam and very uncomfortable, in my opinion. There is no elevator, so you have to carry luggage upstairs. The reception attendant didn't speak English but used a translation app to assist us as we donspeak Spanish.
