the staff were helpful. breakfast was okay. the room is quite small. the sheets were not changed everyday, although they prepare it daily , we noticed the sheets were not changed though . water temperature is always freezing but i understand this is more of a cusco thing. location is a bit further away from the main plaza about 15 minutes walk. the staff were helpful. breakfast was okay. the room is quite small. the sheets were not changed everyday, although they prepare it daily , we noticed the sheets were not changed though . water temperature is always freezing but i understand this is more of a cusco thing. location is a bit further away from the main plaza about 15 minutes walk.

The accommodation is located in a quiet and safe street, close to the main plaza in the historic centre of Cusco. Our room looked as in the pictures and was very clean, shower had warm water, breakfast was delicious and staff (especially Jorge) was very helpful. It was so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay in Cusco and stayed there for a second night.

It’s cheap. That’s it! So many things: - location is bad. It’s in a dark alley which was super sketchy. - room was bad. There was a tv played at reception and I could hear sound of that in my room clearly a floor above. - scammy behavior: after getting in the room, I realised this place is bad and I immediately went down and checked out. I mentioned that room is not nice and there is a lot of noise. Receptionist first asked me to request a free cancellation from booking and he approved it. Later he charged my credit card for 1 night. Don’t stay at this property even if it’s cheap. Better to stay in a good hostel near city center.

The location was very central and the staff were very nice! We bought cheap bottles of water from the hotel most days and the breakfast was good!

We had an excellent stay in Cusco thanks to our time at Quechua Hostal Recoleta. Room was clean and comfortable and warm. Breakfast was included and we appreciated starting the day with our stomachs full. Seemed like a family run business, and the vibe was casual and welcoming. If you're looking for a more social hostel, this one is likely not for you -- it is relaxed and quiet. Guests kept more to themselves and the place feels more like a small inn or hotel.

VERY clean, 24 hour desk very friendly and helpful. Perfect location close to everything.

They let us leave our luggage there for more than a day. Location is great and comfortable. There’s not much noise during the night also thanks to the fact that it doesn’t overlook the street. Breakfast was not my favorite. We booked a tour with them and they gave us 0 information about it - we didn’t know we had to pay an additional cost of 70sol to complete the tour, thus we missed it cause we had no cash.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that my room was cold & they said heating would cost extra.

The sheets had some stains and dirt. The Breakfast was good, but could use some labels.

Great location 10 minuteswalk from everything, many launderies and little grocery shops near by, good breakfast, the staff was welcoming. Very poor Wi-Fi, the staff didn't know any English whatsoever, the walls or doors or whatever are paper thin, you can hear everything from the lobby, the kitchen, the doorbell in the middle of the night ,the walking and talking outside of your room. They forgot to resupply toilet paper on many occasions.

Location was close to everything Paper thin walls but that’s pretty common in Peru. I think guests should be a little more conscious about their inside voices and maybe not slamming doors. But that’s not the properties fault.

Great place to stay in Cusco! The bed was very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good as well. The staff was always very kind and helpful. I liked the location because it was near Plaza de Armas. Even if it's a closed street and there's no access to cars, it wasn't a problem for me. I'd come back! The only thing I'd point out is that sometimes the water flow in the shower was unstable. It needed to be adjusted while taking a shower because it could get hotter or colder any minute.

Objectively fine hotel. Great price with a nice breakfast. There is a 5% surcharge for using credit card that we were not aware of. Thankful for the laundry service and baggage storage

The only issue was the hot water in the shower - or lack of it. Usually, there was some hot water after running the water for a bit, but sometimes it only lasted for about 30 seconds, sometimes for several minutes and sometimes none came at all. After the hot water ran out, all we got was freezing cold water, which made showering a bit uncomfortable.

Great breakfast, nice staff, comfortable bed. They go the extra mile and make the beds and change the towels daily. Location is good, close to the city attractions, although being at a blind alley. The place is at a blind alley, but that's not something the accommodation can do anything about. Other than that, all good ?
