For breakfast they offer eggs but only if you ask for it and we didn’t know until someone else did.

Very friendly and helpful.

Great value, friendly staff and very accommodating. Nice buffet breakfast.

Small rooms. Hof water is inconsistent. The breakfast is very limited despite being meant to be a buffet. They run out of stuff very early on.

We stayed here on two occasions. The property was well located to walk to Wenchaq station and to shops and other attractions. Mostly, I appreciated the cleanliness. For a budget hotel, the bathroom was exceptional. We’ve stayed in many on our 6-week trip in South America, and at this price point, some bathrooms were pretty bad. These looked newly renovated, No visible mold and hot water in shower AND sink. Breakfast had a good variety of options and there was always hot water available for tea. The second time we stayed our room was extremely cold. It seems like the windows are not well insulated and it was freezing ( and I am used to Canadian winters…)

Hawka Inca has the nicest staff I have ever met in the seven months I’ve been traveling Latin America. The location is unbeatable — be sure to eat at La Perla Criolla which is 100m away! Price was so affordable, and they let us leave our bags when we went to the sacred valley for the night. Also, my family member loved the large TV in the room to watch all different kinds of sports and news! Finally, Hawka Inca offers a great breakfast, and has fresh fruit, coffee, and tea available at all hours. We stayed here twice during our trip: when we were on the third floor, we didn’t receive hot water, but when we stayed on the second, we did, and we had hot showers.

We booked the room because of the external views over the city but there were none available. The room smelled like chemicals (not a bad thing per se but a bit annoying) and sometimes there was sewer smell in the bathroom

Excelente hotel, súper recomendado.

Very easy check in/out process. Wonderful & helpful staff and good breakfast.

The hotel offers luggage storage after your checkout time . The breakfast isn't terrible (but I guess that standard is low) The hotel charges an extra 5% fee on site not listed on booking. Hotel staff isn't there later at night and thus no way to enter property. The water at the shower was often cold water for long durations making it impossible to shower. Also there is no air-conditioning at the property (it isn't listed in description but often times could really use one)

I actually rebooked in after my 5 days trek. They also kept part of my luggage while on the trek which was very helpful. Very friendly staff

Great location, simple and clean

It was very conveniently located just a short walk away from the main square and lots of restaurants, but not right in the middle of all the tourists. The room was nice and clean and had all the facilities you’d need including shampoo which is not a given in Peru. The staff were very kind and helpful, although they barely spoke any english. So if you don’t know spanish you’ll need to use google translate. They let us leave our luggage there after we had checked out. The breakfast was also good with lots of options. Overall we had a great stay here and it was good value for money. The rooms were cold, but they provided us with extra blankets. They were quite slow in resupplying the breakfast options, but that is understandable considering there were only two people managing everything.
