Such such wonderful staff. Was our home away from home for 3 separate stays as we toured Cusco and surrounds. Hotel was centrally located, rooms comfy and staff were super helpful with luggage and making sure we got to all our tours easily.

The cleanliness, comfort in bed, and location. The breakfast was ok. The personal was very proper.

Breakfast was ok, but it would have been better with eggs and potatoes. The hotel is very loud. There are small rubber stickers that can be applied to doorframes to decrease the noise of doors opening and closing. The hot water sometimes worked and sometimes did not m, but I experienced the same problem at another hotel. The WiFi was also something not working well.

The property is located about a 4 minute walk from the main square so practically in the centre of the city, has to be one of cleanest and comfortable properties I have ever stayed in, quiet, modern and so comfortable. The staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming, the Manager is also welcoming and approachable willing to assist with any questions or concerns, an absolute credit to the business. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay while in Cusco, A++++++++++++++ There’s nothing I could fault in all honesty.

Lovely big rooms & bathrooms. Staff super helpful. Breakfast was good. It's very loud if someone else in the building is making noise - it's an echo chamber. The staff play tiktok videos and shows very loudly which can be annoying as you can hear it in your room. Would be good if noise levels were managed by the staff better.

the isolation is really bad, very hard to sleep because you can hear all the noises, doorbell and phone.

Nice staff, very good breakfast, beautiful view from the dining room, clean room, good location Noisy, noise from close bars, from other rooms, the ringbell was heard in the whole hotel, we could not sleep well, but there is not much to do with it

nice comfy beds, clean, hot showers, walking distance to the centre bring ear plugs, there was loud music till the early hours and also the walls are quite thin so I could hear everything going on in reception early in the morning. breakfast was average

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, hot water and nice pressure. Breakfast was simple, bread, juice and coffee/tea. Hotel is on a main street so depending on your room might hear cars and some loud noise at nights.

The staff is the best! Always super helpful and flexible with everything, especially the manager, helped us with absolutely everything during our stay, it was great to count on his help!
