We liked how easy it was to get from the bus station to the hotel, costing about 7 soles. The hotel was also great with super hospitable staff, hot water, teas, and the staff really went above and beyond to help me find an express laundromat for example.

Location Air conditioning did not work. The only 2 windows opened up to the interior of the hotel. This did not help with ventilation nor was it appropriate for privacy. One window was in the shower and was left open. It was out of line of sight, but had stairs on the other sided allowing others staying at the hotel to watch my girlfriend shower for a while before she noticed she was being watched. The drain in the shower could not keep up with the flow. The base filled with water during showers.

The hotel had the most amazing breakfast and views in the morning. We appreciated the free tea & hot water. Our room was almost like a little flat which gave us the space and time for rest. The wifi connection was very weak from the basement. It would be nice if there was also a little light/lamp for the second bed in the general area of the room 6.

The room is spacious and includes a microwave and a fridge. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is not close to downtown Cusco, but an Uber is very cheap. Considering hotel prices in the city, this is a great option. Small thing: iron not available

Staff helpful, location good within walking distance to most places. Reception staff very helpful. And water at reception much appreciated. Breakfast was nice with a choice of a cooked dish. The booking sheet said kitchenware and dishwasher neither were in the room. Just a microwave on a bench. We asked at reception and were given some basic kitchen ware, plates etc. There was no plug for sink or any washing up equipment.

Good size room, great price, 10-minutes to historic district and archaeological sites . Tea and hot water bottle on each floor. The covered balcony was awkward in my room and the plastic table broken. The view is of a bottle depository that goes till late.

Very good service of laundry. The American breakfast was good The staff was hospitable and welcoming. We had a spacious suite very clean. A bit distant from City Center walking but nothing to complain, we get to the Plaza de Armas for 7 soles with Uber App.

We were on the third floor. Although there were no stairs, a staff member helped us carry our luggage. Our credit card did not work at first so we were told to just come back later, which was suprisingly nice of them. The room had four beds and we needed only three. The beds were comfy, warm, and we had two pillows per bed. Breakfast was great - fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, bread, jams, tea, coffee, some kind of apple pie, and a choice of omelet with ham or sausage or pancake. The breakfast place is at the top floor and has a good view of the city. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the main plaza and very close to good restaurants. We can hear people talking in another room but it was quiet at night and we slept well. The staff were friendly and courteous. There were coca leaves, tea sachets, and hot water at every floor. Overall, highly recommended and really good value for the quality. Not really a negative but there was no fan in the bathroom so make sure to open the window. The water for the tea at every floor is lukewarm but they get replenished so we chewed the coca leaves instead. Again nothing to complain about.

Was clean, nice workers, breakfast good. Affordable prices 4 floor without elevator is the hardest thing.

Is clean, good price, comfortable . No elevator

Property had pretty thin walls. We were near the cafeteria and would be woken up quite early because of the noise. Hotel was not very responsive via WhatsApp prior to our stay, but good communication once we checked in.

Eveything was amazing! The service, the food, the location, the facilities. They have 24-hour reception, and they let me keep my luggage for a few nights there for free! I am very happy. Muchas gracias! Nothing

This was a wonderful location. The rooms were spacious. Plenty of hot water and warm bedding. We were very comfortable there. They held our luggage while we were on different excursions. This hotel staff was amazing. There was a hot breakfast every day. We just loved our stay and we were so glad we chose this hotel. Was a short walk to everything. They had tea and water available for those that suffer altitude sickness. I did. My husband and daughter did not. Really bad headache. The hospitality in Peru was wonderful. We also were recommended the tour from the hotel to machu picchu and sacred valley with Gary. I am not kidding when I say that their Professionalism and personal service to us was top notch. We had many hurdles to jump over because we were there the day of the trains crashing. Ruben was there to help every step of the way. He was there to meet us at the airport, there to meet us before our trip, and there to send us off back to America. He was amazing. All questions were answered. Our guides were wonderful as well. I cannot recall their names. Anyways...We are a family of 3 from America...We had a wonderful time. You will not be disappointed :) Nothing. The hotel was extremely accommodating and helped us with anything that we needed

This places was incredible in every way! The breakfast is a full buffet, and they also make you a special sandiwhc, and it starts at 6am! Unlike other places that starts late. There is excellent 24-hour customer service as well! And they let me keep my bag for free when I went to Machu Picchu. Lional gave ex eptional service!
