Great staff, extremely helpful and good English. Rooms were kept clean. Bed was warm and comfortable. Daily breakfast was a nice perk. Guests were respectful and quiet. Was able to organize all my tours through the front desk and it was easy—cash or card accepted. Would definitely recommend!!

Professional and friendly staff. Room is clean and decent. Price is affordable. Near the tourist area. I needed to pay extra for the heat. 10 soles per night

Muy amables toda la gente que trabaja aquí, buen internet, y buenas cobijas, no da frío en la noche. El desayuno no tenía muchas opciones, debería ofrecer por lo menos huevo.

Amazing family run property with the sweetest dog and cats who greeted you after a long day of exploring! We booked our sacred valley tour directly with the hotel upon arrival. The hotel also stored our luggage for us during our 5 day Salkantay hike. When my boyfriend accidentally left his phone in the cab enroute to the airport, the hotel was able to get a hold of the driver so we could retrieve it! Thank you so much for taking care of us during our time in Cusco! Excellent value, easy communication and the best showers we had in Peru!

We’re so glad we booked this place! The location was peaceful and a bit higher up in Cusco, which we really liked. The staff were incredibly accommodating — they let us check in early once the room was ready and allowed us to wait in the breakfast area after our flight, which we really appreciated. The hot shower worked great, and overall we had a very comfortable stay. We’d definitely recommend this place — plus, the dog and cats were lovely! :)

Comfortable, clean and cozy room with a yummy continental breakfast. Rotisserie Chicken dinner at the corner of Recoleta and lunch at Victoria's 2 blocks over. Walking distance to all the fun, touristy places in town and excellent tour offerings from the hostal. Beautiful family.

Everything at the property was perfect. They received us at the time we arrived from the airport which was almost at 1 AM. The breakfast was delicious and Marcos and Eduardo were the best guests I have ever made. They stored our luggages as we were staying one night in MachuPicchu town and when we got back to get them, they recommended us different places where to go. Anything.

Nice location, as a solo traveler i felt completely safe. Peruvian style breakfast served. Where his place shines is the staff. Every interaction they are incredibly accommodating and helpful. They can arrange tours and airport pickups. They will take care of you across the board. They stand behind their service and I would highly recommend. Best property I’ve stayed at in a long time! The staff was super nice. We could leave our luggage in a storage room for the day after checking out in the morning and going on a trip during the day. Hot tea was available all day - nice to have after a long day out. You could hear everything that was going on in the place. So when somebody left at 4 in the morning, we inevitably woke up
