The staff were very helpful in getting transportation to the various excursions we had planned and making sure we were adjusting to the altitude and explaining what to do and not to do. as far as me and my wife everything was as good as it could be.
-
The staff were lovely and extremely helpful with all travel logistics. They helped me reserve a taxi to the airport when I left. They were flexible with timing of breakfast to accommodate my schedule.
-
Just make sure you bring earplugs plugs as people slamming doors or the staff prepping breakfast can be loud.

The property was very clean. The breakfast was very delicious. Staff were very nice and helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel! You won't regret it.

While the weather is cold in Cusco, the hotel room has no heater (you can rent one for $9/night), no extra blanket (the hotel insists that it has no extra blanket when we ask to borrow one), no hair dryer, and the hot water in the bathroom runs out quickly. While the owner is polite, the younger staff is quite tip-oriented, impolite and showing attitudes. We did not enjoy the hotel at all, as we felt like it is being cheap on the customers.

Well located and the stuff went out of the way to make us feel comfortable.

The property was clean the staff was attentive. The room was spacious it had a safety deposit box and hair dryer available at reception. The breakfast was fair. The location is way too far from Cusco’s main attractions. It about 8-10 soles each way by taxi which totally adds up. It was very noisy hard to get some good sleep you can hear everything from the phone ringing at the reception to plates clinging in the kitchen way too early waking me up at around 6:15 am every morning. Guests and staff need to cooperate in keeping the noise down I had to call several times regarding noise during my stay. There is no option to cancel this hotel unlike others this is a great inconvenience once you realize how far the hotel is from Cuzco’s main attractions. No kettle available. Just thermos with hot water and most of the time it was cold. They make you sign a document regarding stains on towels and other textiles which I have never experienced before. The door locks are noisy you have to use a key from inside to lock your door which I find very unsafe in case of a fire and also very noisy system. One can also hear the elevator. The last day of my stay the staff took the teas and thermos away. The most senior staff member asked me to tip them before leaving. I had already tip each staff member individually when they served me. I found that rude as no other staff member at other hotels have ever asked me to tip. The coffee during breakfast was always cold.

Very clean. I have a high standard and it met this. Hot shower with good pressure. Good amenities. Food was good and plentiful. They were so patient and kind with me. Made me feel very safe and looked after.

Great hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Large breakfast is very nice and varied. The location is out of the centre but an easy walk.

The owner was so sweet. We had to come in for a very long flight and retire. He not only took care of us. He made us a whole new meal and he would call him Papa. Cannot wait to go back. N/A

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Ok value for money. Rooms were not as nice in reality as in the pictures. A bit worn and cheaply renovated. Our shower drain was completely clogged. No breakfast buffet, but served at the table.

Very friendly staff and attentive to our needs. We had to leave our key at reception every time we left the hotel. The safe was a bit strange in the room.

This hotel is a gem. Spotlessly clean, amazing staff and an incredible breakfast. The owner we met was such a gentleman, and is very proud of his hotel. He made sure we got our taxi safely on the day of checkout.

Vitor is very attentive and an excellent host.

I think the hotels is an amazing for the price. I think the owner picture should be next to the word hospitality in the dictionary. Only warning I would give is Peru hotels are like western hotels. You get only what was specifically listed. Nothing more or less. I have no negatives.
