Everything was wonderful, the staff was attentive and thoughtful . wifi could be stronger, I had times where it disconnected and my calls would drop.

Everything, everyone was very helpful. The food was good and the bedroom was spacious and clean. It’s my second time at this hotel and me and my husband loved it.

We stayed in two rooms over 5 nights and the beds were so big and comfy! The views, especially from the breakfast room are beautiful. Breakfast is a small buffet with an option of freshly cooked eggs, they gave us a takeaway breakfast when we got up at 3am for a trip which was great. The staff were fantastic. Good laundry service, helped us with taxi to bus station and stored our bags when we went on a trek for a few days. I absolutely recommend this place! Especially the jetted tub rooms! Photos are absolutely accurate.

The breakfast was nice; they offered eggs to order. The view from the breakfast room was beautiful. The room had a battery operated air freshener in it that was a bit noisy and also too fragrant for my liking.

The view from the room and breakfast floor was incredible. The bed was large and comfortable. Hot shower available. Breakfast was very nice and staff are all friendly. Highly recommended:) Not too negative, but the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, and you need to go up the hill. We used uber to go back to the hotel. Not so many restaurants nearby. Laundry service was a little expensive. I ordered it at 9am, and they can give me clothes back on the same day only if I choose “express” which costs more. Normal: 10 sol/kg, Express: 15 sol/kg

After a long leg of flights Auka was the perfect hotel to get a good night sleep. The bed was so comfortable, it's in a quiet little area of San Blas and the breakfast was delicious and abundant! Highly recommend. I liked everything! Can'r fault the property.

The staff made our stay at Auka Boutique San Blas amazing. Ronald was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Ronald handled the reservation for our outing to Rainbow Mountain, including getting us a great price for the trip, and he made sure food was always stocked for breakfast and catered to our various requests throughout our 4-day stay. Ilia was also very friendly and helpful, checking us in late at night, providing us with local recommendations for food and souvenirs, and making sure there was always plenty of tea available to help us acclimate to the altitude. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the breakfast room is amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay! No complaints - we had a great experience at Auka Boutique San Blas!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Amazing location, beautiful rooms, beyond attentive staff! It was my birthday and they made sure we had the best room with a welcome present.

We loved our stay in this little hotel in Cusco! It was in a great spot with a gorgeous view of the surrounding city from both the room and the breakfast area. The staff were welcoming, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in and also were able to help us with a taxi when leaving the city. The room itself was spacious, clean and well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again on future visits to the area!

The accommodation was in a quiet lane and centrally located to varies sightseeing places. We felt very welcome by the staff. The room (with spa bath) was spacious and clean. Plenty of hot water. Strong WIFI. The breakfast had a variety of items and the view from the breakfast room was very pretty. Would stay again. The only downside was the room & bathroom had no window.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast (and view from the dining room!) was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot showers were just what we needed after trekking. We also really enjoyed the location of this hotel in the San Blas nieghbourhood. We would highly recommend!

Love everything, location, staff, hot water, heater in room, laundry service.
-
Great hospitality, very courteous, helpful, accommodating, and kind. Excellent breakfast with view. Shower and bathtub which seemed to have been added later were a bit awkward in the room organization.
-
It was nice and the bed was pretty. Decent price for having a spa.

Beautiful small hotel with awesome rooms and roof-top restaurant for breakfast with amazing view. The area of San Blas is very nice if a bit up from the main city center Located at the end of a hard to reach narrow street. Most taxis and rides do not like to enter it and you end up having to carry your luggage a long way.

It was our one year wedding anniversary and they put out rose petals and a bottle of wine for us and lit candles in our room upon arrival. Which was above and beyond expectations. The staff are super great and helpful and the location of the hotel is also really good and in a vibrant area.

nothing Location: end of a dead end street with limited access for taxi, thus luggages has to bee carried by hand for 300 m Access: all opening (doors) are small and difficult to get through, stairs are "very challenging" to walk up or down. And old poor house badly renovated and called "boutique" - nothing to do with the concept. Worst hotel I have been in - for nearly 100 USD / night ROOM: floor was not even nor horizontal, bathroom in the room (toilet), poorly working! furniture exept the bed was very poor - IKEA is a top level furniture compared with. No place to store your clothes, no table in the room, no hanger. Heating with a wall apparel that was poorly heating the room - took 2 days to dry up clothes after a rainy day.
