Really great!! So cute, clean, the staff is really helpful.

Very clean and homey! Nothing! Everything was great.

The property is in amazing location, the San Blas neighborhood, and is walking distance to the San Blas plaza, and even the Plaza Armas. The staff were extremely friendly and the room we stayed in was gorgeous with a view of the entire city. The staff was also very resourceful when the entire neighborhood lost power and water one day—they worked with a nearby hostel, who had hot water, to ensure guests could have a proper shower.

beds were not very comfortable, shower flooded small bathroom, loud pump would go on and off throughout the night

A perfect stay for our family in the heart of beautiful San Blas neighborhood. The staff was attentive and very nice! The breakfast was delicious and they even accomodated our 3:30 early start. Would highly recommend!

The breakfast was slim. Dry toast, watermelon, yogurt and some kind of cereal. We left hungry. Too bad because the setting was so lovely. The beds were hard, but they all are, so we bring inflatable mattress pads and never miss a good nights sleep

Great location, good restaurants and stores nearby, easy walking to squares and sites, great green space hikes nearby, fab breakfast in house, staff is Soooo helpful and kind. Cusco is a series of big hills so being fit to walk them is key:). We stayed in the family room and another room so we had two showers for a family of five which worked out well. Nothing really.

Great spot - Best Value. I stayed in the "Family Room" on the 3rd floor. Highly recommend this spot

Our host Gloria greeted and welcomed us. She was helpful and friendly. Our group of 5 had 2 rooms both on the 3rd floor. They were both cozy and fur fished nicely. Mine was the smaller for 1 or 2 people and very comfortable. Nothing

Super cute and comfortable space in a great area! The staff were so sweet and the breakfasts were very yummy. I have no complaints.
-
Cute place however not super functional: ie: loud noise and poor sound proof, and really small washrooms without ventilation.
-
The only thing I would mention it was the location. Uber or the transfer for tours did not reach the street of the hostel. We try to find different ways to reach the hostel but wherever you go have in mind that you need to walk a lot up and down the streets.

Cute property

Such a perfect location in the San Blas neighborhood of Cusco. The rooms were comfortable and our view of Cusco was amazing. The people working at the hostal were so friendly and even let us store our luggage there after checking out. The shower was a little difficult to keep warm.

Very unique spot - like living in The Lord of the Rings - warm and cozy with a million dollar view from the family suite

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. They had a fire in the fireplace at night which made it very cozy. We loved staying here and felt very safe in this location. Some noise from people outside at night, but our room was on the first floor facing the street so it probably isn't an issue in the other rooms.

It was a bit hard to get to. There was always walking involved and some of my people had a lot of furniture. One room was sold as a double and it was not acceptable. The second bed was squeezed in when there was not enough space. I had to pay for the Second Lady to stay somewhere else. (It was supposed to be for Leslie Gosselin and Tara Rousseau). The morning I left the young girl left in charge spoke no English and could not figure out what my bill was. There was some confusion because some ladies came early and paid for a night on their own and then I was paying for the rest. I needed to leave on a trek so said I would come back and pay. She was ok with which I was very grateful that she would trust me with that. However whom ever was checking out the ladies who stayed wasn’t ok with this, understandably. However then one of my clients had to pay the remaining bill. This client had no issue with this but I do. My clients should not have been left to deal with this when it was an issue with the staff and circumstances. I believe you have a credit card of mine or file for just this type of things, no? All in all great service, nice hotel with the exception of the room that was sold as a double and really wasn’t, great value but a miss with the checkout staff.

Very cozy quaint hotel with very friendly staff. It was challenging to get to sometimes. Some of the staff spoke very little English so when I checked my group out the person at the desk had no idea what to charge me. I was leaving on a trek and said I would come back which was accepted by the person I was dealing with but then one of my clients was charged the full amount. It worked out in the end but it was disappointing.

Adorable space, welcoming staff, tea available at all times, decent breakfast Shower temperature unpredictable. Either super cold or super hot.

Surprised this is not mentioned in other reviews. There is no street noise, but you will hear EVERYTHING from inside the hotel. Eg. The staff preparing breakfast at 4:45 am, other guests making phone calls from INSIDE their room and all the human noises you didn't want to hear. If privacy is important to you in any way, this is probably not a great spot to stay.
