The location is excellent, right in the heart of San Blas. My room had 2 huge lovely windows overlooking the garden. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean. This hostal is located in a cute old house. The bathroom had a smell. The receptionist, when I arrived for check-in, could not find my reservation but another person arrived and sorted it out. Breakfast can be improved. 1 egg is included in the breakfast but girl there didn't tell me that. I had to ask and then reluctantly she replied yes, its included. What arrived in the form of scrambled eggs was rather pitiful. The girl handling the breakfast didn't seem interested in looking after the guests. My reservation said the room comes with a private kitchenette..but in reality there was no private kitchenette. IN fact the room was small, there was no place for a private kitchenette.

Good location not too far from main Square Very cold, no heating

The Room had a good size and it was clean. The stuff where friendly and help me with everything. Thanks to them. As other guests have also noted, there is a dog that barks all night and that can be really annoying. He only did not bark when it was raining. The room needs a little lamp for the bed otherwise there is only the room light.

Great property with a lovely internal courtyard where you can watch hummingbirds! We had a great time, the staff were caring and made a nice daily egg breakfast. The owner kindly organised our taxi to the airport for us.

Sometimes dogs are barking at night, but that is all over San Blas. I had ear plugs so it wasn't an issue.

I was enchanted by this hotel! When you see the entrance, just a small door, you have no idea how big and beautiful it is. It is so cute! It has several beautiful common areas and a very pretty garden. I stayed in room 202, which has a large private garden in addition to the common garden. The room was also very large. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I highly recommend it. breakfast could be better.

Nice place in beautiful San Blas area. The room is very cold at night, since it doesn't have a heater.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is a plus. Lovely shower. I liked the location as I walk a lot, not for anyone with mobility issues. Having to ring the bell coming in and out all the time. It woke me up. I'd prefer to come and go as I please. For me it wa a little cold too.

I liked that my room had its own terrace. The location was great for exploring Cusco. No view from the rooms at all, had to keep the curtains closed because it allowed a lot of light in. The breakfast was mediocre.

Property is beautiful! You should like to walk to stay here as the surrounding streets are quite hilly. Room was nice and clean. I felt safe and welcomed at all times. And the price was excellent! “Didn’t like” isn’t really how I’d describe it, but there are just some things travelers should expect when they stay here. It’s about a half block off a street so be prepared to carry luggage. Staff didn’t have much chance to break larger bills so you’ll need to go somewhere else. I had said I didn’t need cleaning a few times and that message was not carried over. I recommend writing a note to leave at the desk. Coffee isn’t set out. You’ll need to knock at the kitchen for a cup.

The hostel was comfy and in a good location, only a 10 min walk from the main plaza and right beside shops and restaurants. The bed was comfy and the showers were hot. The wifi worked very well. There isn't any atmosphere in the hostel, it didn't matter to us much as we were up early to do some hikes, but if you were looking to meet people it wouldn't be good. Our room was also always really cold even during the day when it was sunny and warm.

Great location, be warned it's up the hill from the main square. In a cool area that is very historic. Streets are narrow and so not every vehicle can get in. Staff very friendly and helpful ( kept my case while I went to machu picchu for a couple days). Nothing fancy but great value. breakfast was the bare minimum but cooked eggs were nice. Perfect if you dont mind a few rough edges, cany complain at this price

The staff was really helpful and kind. Location ok. I stayed in 2 different ocasion. During the first night I was given a room with bathroom. The bathroom seemed to be a converted closed just to fill in the description. It should only be sold as a room without a bathroom. I only stayed during my second period only because I was promised a real room. On the second stay I did have a better room.

Super clean. Couple minutes of walk distance from Sun Blus plaza. Fully equipped shared kitchen. The staff was always available for any issues include arrangement of Machu Picchu trip. Breakfast
