Great value and easily accessible Cannot reach easily by car could be a little cleaner but for the price it doesn’t matter

The services wasn’t very good: they didn’t asked for permission to enter in the bedroom. Also, some things like paper in the toilet, soap and shampoo wasn’t included. Additionally, the breakfast was pretty simple, only coffee and bread.

Amazing location in San blas area! The private room had a huge bed which was so comfortable. The staff were able to store our luggage whilst we went on a trek to Machu Picchu for a few days which was great. We returned here for a second time after the trek so it was very easy to have our luggage waiting for us Nothing, it’s a simple place and great for budget travellers. The breakfast is pretty basic but expected for a budget place.

Nice place in good location. Little bit uphill but the location is very artsy. Nice houses. The room was great and beds comfortable. Pillows and blanket was the best from the all hostels I have ever stayed.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Staff was always nice. The room was on the hall. You could hear everything. There was noise all night long. Was really cold the room. The toilets and showers are outside of the house.

The place was peaceful and relaxing. The bed was comfortable with good quality linens. The staff on duty, Carlos and Murriel were very helpful and pleasant. The location of the house is in San Blas neighborhood however at an elevation.

    Pleasant

The hostel is really great! The owners are so friendly and helpful with everything: cleaning (every day), luggage storage, and are really flexible! When we needed to come back earlier from our multiple day hike, we could get a room immediately get a new room that same day! They also help with getting taxis. The location is very good and the hostel rooms are just really comfortable! The price was also really good for a private room with mega bed!!

The hosts are very friendly and help you with whatever you need. The bed cubbies are very comfortable and provide a lot of privacy. They have luggage storage there which was useful when I hiked to Machu Picchu. Facilities were clean and everyone was respectful. Great location, close to the historic center and many cafes/restaurants/shops. I went during the rainy season, so the place was a little bit chilly. The roof would leak a little when there was a very heavy rain.

    Good

  • Engine customer Dec 2024

Great space, with table and couch as well as beds. Plenty of storage space, good location, a 10min walk to downtown. Friendly staff and very attentive. Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable in the room, often disconnecting. Better in the shared spaces. Bathroom door does not lock.

    Exceptional

  • Engine customer Nov 2024

Great location in the historic center with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is included, along with luggage storage and a 24-hour reception, which is very useful if you're doing early morning tours around Cusco. Great vibes and the loveliest staff—would 100% recommend.

    Disappointing

  • Engine customer Nov 2024

Extremely noisy, especially the private rooms. Water didnt work and the situation was really poorly handled - got to see other peoples business in the toilet.

  • Engine customer Oct 2024

    1. Friendly and accomodating staff 2. Excellent location 1. Breakfast was a little simple. 2. The music played at the lobby was a little loud and directly adjacent to some of the rooms. The volume was toned down on request however. Fortunately, there was no music later in the evening and early morning.

  • Engine customer Aug 2024

Not too far from Plaza De Armas, street full of restaurants and mini markets. Everything was good.

  • Engine customer Aug 2024

Pod style beds were really comfy and private. Shower/bathroom was really clean and staff were efficient.
