Lovely staff, very helpful. Rooms were large and had city views of Cusco. We were impressed by the unique charm of the property. We loved the outdoor courtyard which had views of the City of Cusco. Finally, the included breakfast was amazing! The very narrow cobblestone streets of the historical district are not for the faint-hearted driver. I would recommend local uber or taxi.

This is a beautiful place. Very kind staff. Great views of the city. Excellent breakfast. The hotel lost water the second night I was there, multiple times. While this is not necessarily in their control, it made a significant impact on my well being the next day as I could not get to bed early to be properly ready and rested for my Inca Trail Trek the next morning. Their communication when this was happening could have been better, but they did make it clear this is not something that typically happens. Regardless, I would have appreciated more support in dealing with this.

The staff were beyond amazing. Felt like a 5 star hotel.

Great location near many restaurants, shops, and views overlooking the city. The staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying by the main plaza when you first get to Cusco and then moving here after coming back from Machu Picchu as it's up the hill from a lot of the tourist spots. The facilities were a little noisy at night (wasn't sure if it was pipes or something else).

It was so cute! We loved the view of the city from our room/ the breakfast was so good and the staff extra friendly. They let us leave our luggage during the day since we had a night flight. And we came back and used the bathroom during the day. It was in a great location to explore the heart of the city and excellent places to eat near by. Only sad that we couldn’t stay longer!! Nothing!!

location, outdoor area, cleanliness, and staff. Nothing really, it's a sweet space well worth the stay.

The room was very clean, staff exalant. we had a early trek so they prepared us a breakfast box to take with us. The view is beautiful and the small garden ideal for chilling when the altitude sickens comes.

My Double room had a nice view of the mountains, two heaters for in the evening to stay warm. Showers always had hot water. Plenty of hangers in the room for clothing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods, Jeanie was very friendly at breakfast each day. Yulianna helped me get a hold of a tour company when I booked at the last minute. Judith and Wagner also were very kind and helpful. I will return. Beds were more firm than I would have preferred.

Amazing breakfast and a beautiful hotel! I enjoyed the neighbourhood, the friendly staff, the free Coca tea... The breakfast also had many options. Thank you! I would like more sugarfree options (e.g. for juices) at breakfast.
