The room was comfortable and clean. The little terrace over the courtyard was very charming. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. No comfortable chair in the room. No fridge.

Big bed, clean room, delicious breakfast, wonderful staff. Would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Located in the San Blas neighborhood - such a neat spot in Cusco. I wished we could stay for just one more day! The room was very comfortable, the bed was awesome, coffee in the room, and a beautiful courtyard overlooking Cusco below. The front desk staff was phenomenal - we had a tour that started at 3:50am - they made sure we had a breakfast to take with us by 3:40am! The breakfast buffet was very good. It's a charming hotel, highly recommended. The only thing I will say is that if you have mobility challenges - this may not be the location for you. There are lots of stairs and uneven pathways in the San Blas neighborhood.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The main lobby area was a wonderful place to sit and read. Nothing

The staff was amazing along with the breakfast

The hotel is in a great location and is so cute. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only thing was our heater didn’t seem to be working, but the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They brought in space heaters for us to use and extra blankets.

Good clean, large size bed. Have some good city view. Good breakfasts

Good location. Nice view of the city from the upper floors. Staff are friendly and helpful. Best breakfast we had in Cusco. We end up staying for total of 7 nights. It’s not a minus for us, but for those who are mobility challenged, the hotel is located on a small hill at the top of long stairs. The surrounding streets had been car-free, so need to walk 5 mins to the nearest location where you can call a taxi.

I loved breakfast and the little terrace. The staff was so friendly and attentive. It exceeded my expectations. Breakfast the second day was low and it wasn't replenished. It was a bit disappointing since it was really good!

Breakfast was great, staff was kind and helpful, location was nice and the general atmosphere very pleasant. There was some construction work going on which caused some noise; a necessary evil I guess, but during reasonable hours. Initially the shower would not drain, this was resolved quickly.

Great breakfast. Easy to get around.

Cute, clean. Great view Nothing

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's in San Blas, which is lovely, and it's close to the tourist center but quiet so you get the best of both--close to the town center and quiet at night. (It is up hill, but it's not bad! Just take breaks!) Our room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed, and the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged cabs to Pisac and Tambomachay, both of which were very reasonably priced when I had heard that booking through the hotel is usually expensive. The breakfast was great and had a nice variety of things on offer. We'd absolutely stay again!

It was clean and located on a quiet street in San Blas neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Nothing, although I did have to work and the Wi-Fi was questionable

The bed was comfortable. I’m not sure why this hotel is so expensive. It is an average location. Note that you will need to walk to meet your tour pickups as vans cannot get to you.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great view, and delicious breakfast.

We only spent one night after our Inca trail hike there but I wish we had more time there. This hotel was in a good safe location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome. Nice views of town from the dining room window and balcony. Also, were able to drop our bags off they held them for 4 days while were on the 4 day hike. That saveds us use headach of lugging our bags around. This is not a ctriticism of the hotel but streets are narrow in this part of town and the taxi driver dropped us off on the other side of the block with all our bags. Makes sure to tell the taxi driver to drop you of at the hotel door. When we went to drop our bags off initially that driver did take us to the front of hotel so it is possible.

It’s clean and on a quaint small street in the heart of feels like a small Europe. Tons of shops and boutiques in the area, as well as a pharmacy and laundromat directly across the street. Our receptionists were all EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating!! Especially Ana and Melinda and another who carefully not only carried all 14 of our bags to our rooms but also to our taxis. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and their patience. Would gladly and quickly book a stay with them again. Know that the area is on a hill and up many steps and sometimes larger cars (i.e. passenger vans) cannot fit on the street where the hotel is located. Most cars should fit though.
