The hotel is really cute, has really great view and has many chill outside areas to relax. Clearly the owner put a lots of attention to detail. Our room had a bubble bath that worked and was a great addition. Despite it's cuteness the hotel is in need of basic renovations. The roof of the toilet leaked when it rained, several lights were not working and we had mice roaming the room at night looking for food. General condition of the room looked like it needed some maintenance. And don't be afraid of some serious stairs.

We booked a specific room on Booking.com that was advertised as having two beds and a terrace with garden views. I specifically chose that room for the terrace. When we checked in, we were initially given a room that did not match our booking, but the staff moved us to a different one upon request. Unfortunately, the new room felt like a dungeon — it was dark, located in the basement, and both felt and smelled damp. There was also a leak coming from upstairs into our bathroom. At one point, there seemed to be an electrical short, and my boyfriend was shocked when plugging something in. The staff were receptive and moved us to an amazing room that finally matched our booking request. We decided to extend our stay in Cusco and, for convenience, remained at the same hotel. The night before our checkout, we spoke with the receptionist, who told us to come down early in the morning (around 3 a.m.) before our hike to get the keys to our new room and transfer our bags. However, when we opened the door to the new room, there were people already sleeping inside! At this point, it really seems like the hotel staff don’t have a good handle on their room management.

The views were stunning. You definitely get what you pay for, or what you don’t pay for here. The rooms were dirty, the shower walling was falling apart, and water got everywhere. We went in the winter, when it was cold, there is no heat in the rooms, and limited insulation. Even with the extra blankets on the bed, we were cold. You could hear people coming and going throughout the night, and in the morning, and there was a bright light outside of the window that shined throughout the entire night. The location is relatively close to the city center, but it is up lots of hills.

It was a very nice room, up the hill, with a balcony with an amazing view over Cusco. It's a small but very cosy and practical room. You need to do already +- 30 steps from where the taxi drops you to the reception, Then our room was like 100 steps more uphill from the reception. What results in an amazing view, but it was not the best way to arrive in Cusco with the altitude. The first day I was dizzy every 10 steps.

Very unsatisfying experience. We booked a double suite and without telling us, they placed us in a standard room. When we confronted them, they just said the room we booked was under constructions, and they couldn’t do anything about it. It was very, very cold, and when we mentioned they asked if we wanted more blankets. The lightbulb didn’t work and it never came to work. The toilet was very smelly.. and the place wasn’t very clean. At the third day we got moved to another room. Still standard. But it had a tiny little heater in it. Yassss. The view from the hotel is amazing, and the exterior is cool. The breakfast was OK, but always running low.

The staff were super nice. The view was amazing and we got refunded the second night as we did not want to stay for the rest of our reservation. The view from the hostel was absolutely stunning, as it was perched high on the mountainside, offering a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding landscape. However, getting there was no small feat—we had to climb 108 steps, and I’m not even joking. Once inside, the amenities were minimal at best. There was no hot water, just one towel provided, and not even a mat for the shower. It was definitely a place designed for backpackers and nothing more. We chose to change hostel to a more central and easier to get to.

Really beautiful views from the hotel. Rooms vere cozy and breakfast was good and versatile. Breakfast service was a bit slow, customers had to wait to get their food.

nicely located hotel in the beautiful Sant Blas area. Some rooms have a beautiful view, some are kind of gloomy. Breakfast is nice in a room with a great view of Cusco. The woman who serves the breakfast does a wonderful job supplying the buffet The staff is not that helpful and sometimes not really organized
