Location is excellent, close to sites in a quiet area, with restaurants, bars and shops close by. Room looked like the picture. Wifi was good. Staff pleasant. Breakfast the usual for Perú, one egg, bread, jam and butter. Room was very cold. No coffee at breakfast, though I'm sure if we asked we would have got some.

Very nice staff running the hotel, beautiful courtyard!

The family is very nice and helpful, they can organise tours around Cusco for you. The hostel is cosy. Great for the price.

Very nice, helpful family. Beatiful view from the top.

Perfect location to move around Cusco. Bed was warm and comfortable. The hostel has an amazing view of the city of Cusco from the 4th floor, where Breakfast was served. It's a BUDGET hostel with a perfect location for the money.

Location was perfect, close to the main square but not so far up the back of Cusco we had to walk up 100’s of stairs ( which is not fun in high altitude). Staff were amazing, helped us despite our lack of Spanish. Breakfast is offered each morning, good spread and more than enough to start your day off well. There were a couple of times our hot water didn’t run straight away! But the building is old and when the hostel was busy and everyone is showering at the same time it’s bound to happened. We just waited a bit and the hot water came back so all was well! We also didn’t alert the staff off this because of the water coming back and we were happy to just wait it out ??

A redeeming factor is that they let us check in early. Most or the details are wrong for this property. The name of the hotel, the check in and check out times. Also there was a lot of mould in the bathroom which made my partner too uncomfortable that we left a day earlier for other accommodation.

Good location close to center. Room with broken TV and other with low internet coverage. No breakfast provided due to no ingredients available, had to eat elsewhere.

We stayed 8 nights and the whole family was lovely from the start to the end of our stay. The location is very convenient and the breakfast is good and with a nice view. We highly recommend this hostel for your trip in Cusco. Nothing.

The location It was unhygienic, the room was never cleaned over five days, including the toilet paper basket, which we had to take down ourselves on the third day, it was obvious the staff were irritated by our actions, not seeing what the issue was. The two staff we had most interactions with were immature and unfriendly, two other staff were professional. I don’t like to have to have my breakfast shared with cats bouncing on the table. Breakfast was bread (not always daily fresh) and jam, but it was a low cost accomodation. It was a daily event to have the immature staff watching my wife and I and giggling behind hands over their mouths, we even had them looking at us through our bedroom window smirking and giggling, the stay was uncomfortable in more ways than one. They alsotried to charge 8 soles s kg for washing, we paid 3 soles outside.

Great location, very nice owners and staff, competitive price with private bathroom. The description of the room says soundproofing. What a lie! You can hear absolutely everything from the outside, people walking in the stairs, coming and going, talking in the garden, people doing it in their rooms… Poor breakfast included, just two pieces of bread, tea and coffee. No eggs, fruit or juice.

The location was great and staff was helpful. The last night the owner got drunk and played loud music until 3am. But while the owner was drinking the wife was very helpful.
-
location - close to the old historical centre lack of english made the comunication with the host quite difficult. Rooms were dark and small , bathrooms low grade (comparing other accomodations we found in Peru). No dining room and kitchen (while advertised on booking.com)

Reception works 24/7. Staff is very polite and ready to help. Good value for money. Not very good access for old and disabled people, because you must upstairs a long time. And it is complex to find location on maps.
