Great location, great food and amazing service - Carlos was a great host and helped us with everything, from local tips to getting us a space heater because we were cold. A bit cold at first, but this was fixed by the space heater

Great location, very pretty building and decor. The beds were comfortable and had good privacy with a proper roll down blind at the end of the bed. The food from the restaurant was really good! The bathroom had a constant sewage smell that was very strong. The staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed at times with guests. There is also no secure door/entrance to each dorm room, the key to the door is left in the door at all times so anyone can just walk into your dorm (even someone just visiting the restaurant) often times the dorm room doors are just left open as the key is in the door anyways. If your staying for one maybe two nights it’s fine but I wouldn’t stay longer.

Clean, great food, comfortable mattresses. Good location. Everything was very nice

The atmosphere and decor was almost resort like. Everything in the touristy parts of town are very walkable. A breakfast is included which is ordered from a small menu, but the food is cooked fresh when ordered and is great quality. The staff speak enough english to effectuate simple communication. They were also exceptionally professional and helpful. The price is very competitive. Could not be happier with the choice. They also arranged airport transportation for us which was a very reasonably priced service. We also got a larger bed for two of us to share and they only charged for the bed which included breakfast for both of us. Very little. The biggest complaint on the second floor is that there is only one bathroom with about 4 or 5 stalls, and 4 showers in one shower room behind it. Because there is only one, it’s co-ed, so plan to cover accordingly. They also had banana juice on the breakfast menu which I really wanted to try, but they were out.

Great location. Gorgeous property. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms. But the best part for me was the service provided by the staff, specially Giovani, Anthony and Blanca, who went way above their call of duty to help me with my every need. Only a couple of suggestions: the bathroom on 2nd floor is missing either a paper towel dispenser or an electric hand dryer. And rugs outside the showers would be nice.

Great stay; great location

Wonderful, clean and comfortable, Casa Tunki is more a hotel than a hostel. Beautifully decorated; attentive and solicitous staff, at a great location. Great a la carte breakfast is included. Shared bathroom is mixed. It could have paper towels or a hand dryer too. And I missed a bathroom rug, but it’s not common in South America except in Brazil.

location is perfect and the breakfast surprised me, it was amazing!!

I absolutely adored this hostel! The staff were lovely, always so helpful and attentive. I stored luggage here for nearly two weeks no problem, free of charge, as I was travelling through the Sacred Valley. The breakfasts are delicious, the beds are so comfy and the dorms are beautifully decorated. I absolutely loved my stay here and would easily stay here again. Depending on the room you’re in, sometimes the wifi can be spotty. The water pressure in the showers is great, but you can sometimes run out of hot water if you’re showering during a busy time, so just be mindful. These were very minor inconveniences.

Decor, cleanliness, nice staff, quiet at night Loved everything about this place

We stayed in Casa Tunki for 5 nights and fell in love with this beautifully decorated house. We were a family of 5 travelers and found the capsule rooms comfortable and very clean. Would be great to have a permanent hair dryer in the bathroom and a place in the bedrooms/bathrooms to hang wet towels.

Small gesture in the room for our anniversary. The rooms were cold, the cleaning people did not throw the small waste left in the room, towels were not changed.
-
It was beautiful but difficult to climb up the bed It was on the expensive side

I stayed in 5 different hostels + hotels in Cusco this is the best hostel better than the couple of hotels I stayed in Cusco Centro. Comfortable beds, spacious dorms with privacy blinds, clean, nice breakfast, beautiful spacious co working space, great customer service and cheap to stay in a mixed dorm.

I liked everything about the accommodation, the service was some of the best I've had in hostels, the breakfast and food were simply spectacular.

The hostel has a great location, the beds are really comfy and offer so much privacy, very good standard for a hostel bed. The co-working space and breakfast are nice. 24 hour reception, free luggage storage, really friendly and helpful staff, Regina is an absolute gem! Wifi in the bedroom was often not the best, shower could use more privacy, didn't always have hot water. There is not much room to hang out and socialize apart from the co-working space and the restaurant. Breakfast service can be slow sometimes. It's a bit pricey, still for the standard I'd stay it's worth it.
