Location, Hit water, bed was comfortable and heater was appreciated, restaurant was excellent and served early and late. Nothing

The property was very clean, the location was fine, about 6 blocks from the plaza but there was a nice market across the street and breakfast places next door. It’s a very old building, the rooms floor were a bit squeaky and some did not have a window.

The hotel, although an old house, was very comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was the cleanliness and the decor, both inside and out of the rooms. I didn’t like that the coca tea was not free. We were told that it was free on the first day, however, we arrived late in the afternoon and didn’t think we needed it. The following day we decided to give it a try and were charged 12 soles for two cups. The cost was minimal, but so are the coca leafs. Plus, we later realized coca tea was offered everywhere complimentary.

Great and comfortable place to stay, friendly helpful staff

Such a charming boutique hotel, conveniently located to historic sites and great restaurants! We had delicious breakfasts in the downstairs cafe and relaxed in the lovely courtyard. The staff members were very friendly and helpful!

The shared bathroom was very clean and never busy. The bedroom accommodation was just spacious enough without feeling too tight. The staff was friendly/helpful and the courtyard area is nice for spending time outside of your room. The little space heater/fan is really helpful for cold nights and general lack of ventilation in the room. The restaurant doesn't have any plant based options other than fruit for the morning, no soya milk available for lattes. Also the room I stayed in didn't have a window so it felt rather like a closet as the lights are also pretty dim... But for the price it is definitely worth it!!

The place is absolutely gorgeous, especially with the inner courtyard were you can hang out, have a meal/drink, or read. Really loved the decor, authentic and fitting for the area, but with really good amenities. I can also wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant, the massage service and the mini wool wares boutique on the premises. Great value, super friendly and accommodating staff, all absolutely lovely. Would happily stay here again anytime! Nothing whatsoever to complain about

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful property and amazing staff. And low-key their food was better than at highly restaurants in the city.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and very fitting with the overall look and feel of the city. The inner courtyard is a gem and lovely to hang around in and relax with a book and a cup of tea. Staff was super welcoming and we liked the cozy little restaurant so much that we had breakfast there every day, and evening tea/drinks several times. We also booked massages and had a wonderful experience with those as well. Oh, and every major attraction is well within walking distance. All in all, one of the best and prettiest hotels we've stayed in, and if I were in Cusco again I would look no further. Nothing whatsoever to complain about

Perfect stay!

Communication prior to check in was good. Offered a different room upon check in and was charged 40% more than what was booked for 4 people. Don't feel it was fair to do this. should have just given me the room we booked. Location was too high which caused us to get sick.
-
communication via booking.com site was good I booked a room for 4 adults/quad room on booking.com at a rate. Then I asked to add another night on my reservation. Hotel confirmed the change at the rate booked for the first night days before checking in. Then upon check in they gave 2 double rooms and charged 40 percent more for the stay. Not sure why they didn't just provide the room booked upon check in.

Food was good, although I ordered linguine with chicken but it wasn’t chicken-seemed like guinea pig with no explanation. It was fine.

Beautiful rooms. I love the fire place in their restaurant. The food was amazing. The service high level. Aditi was very helpful. Thank you! I will be back.

My group of 5 stayed at Ninos Hotel Meloc on two separate visits - before and after our trip to Machu Picchu. The hotel is quaint and cute with a beautiful courtyard and nice cafetin for coffee, tea or meals - the smoothies and milkshakes are delicious! (The dining menu is on n both Spanish and English). The building is a little old and the wooden floors creak but my family felt that just added to the charm of the hotel. The beds are comfortable but are really better suited for one person at a time. Sometimes you had to wait ~5 minutes for the hot water to heat up in the shower, but then the shower was very hot and quite enjoyable. The hotel is staffed with young employees that are very welcoming, helpful & friendly and quite fluent in English. The hotel is located a short 10-minute walk from the downtown / center of Cusco. And my family really appreciated the fact that the hotel supports local children of Cusco The building is a little old and the wooden floors creak but my family felt that just added to the charm of the hotel. Very cozy rooms with beautiful paintings everywhere. Bright sunny courtyard. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food and ambiance were awesome so we ate there quite a bit We had great massages in the hotel. This place is great value for money. We highly recommend.

The hotel is located near the main part of town without being in it, so it’s quiet and peaceful to return to. There are cute cafes and markets nearby. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious. My room was comfortable. The staff is excellent. I would stay there again.

Great location and friendly staff. Very convenient to have restaurant at the hotel for mornings. Court yard was a great place to relax Overall properly was great. We did have an issue with hot water one day but it was resolved by the next day.

The patio is beautiful and the room was cute. The staff was very rude, there was no hot water in the morning, no hair dryer, the windows could not close. It is a terrible value for money for Cusco.
