Winter nights are brutal. No heating system :(

The location was pretty good.. we didn’t have to walk up through stairs to reach it as a lot of hotels are tough to get there with luggages and our belongs. The staff was very nice, they were always ready to solve any of our issue. The size of the room was pretty decent and we had a extra bed. The shower was hot( and its very important after a day outside). It’s not i dislike because the amount of money we pais it was compatíble from what we got… But we had to pay for facilites as blow drier and i think they should provide for free. Also it was lit bit noisy because the street pass besides it. Bring earplugs and you will be fine.

The pillows are a little worn out. It is not soundproof at all. You can hear everything, from people going up the stairs, to all kinds of conversation. There are also no black out curtains. If you're having a very early pick up for a tour the next day, you will struggle if you don't have earplugs and eye shades.

Great location, city center was walking distance, check in and check out were smooth and easy, communication with host was great! Water wouldn’t get warm. Lack of amenities (towels, shampoo/soap, pillows). You can hear everyone entering and exiting there rooms and even the noise from outside.

Can be a bit loud, but it's the price of a central location

Good location, let us leave our bags for a few days for free which was great, and we loved the terrace. Good kitchen too Woken up early and rudely in order to pay for the room which could have been done at any time. The entry door is far too low and should have something to warn you(sign or something to protect heads) it’s ridiculous how low it is. Shower is almost freezing even when following instructions on how to get ‘warm’ water

The location was perfect, 5-10 mins from the main place.The staff was always available by message if we had any question and the hostel was really cosy! We went 2 nights at Agua calientes to visit the Machu Picchu and came back to Cusco. We just took backpacks with us while the hostel kept our luggages safe, which made the visit over there way easier I would definitely recommend Nothing

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Beds had plenty of covers so you won't sleep cold, and showers are electric heated so you always have hot water, which is a big bonus here in Cusco. There are no staff on site, however they are very responsive and helpful over WhatsApp. Always timely responses and even giving me recommendations and booking a middle of the night taxi. Quiet location but just a short walk from the main Plaza and everything you'll need. Laundry, and markets right on the corner. Great value if your looking for a nice simple room here in Cusco! Beautiful rooftop terrace with tons of plants, places to sit and an incredible view of the mountains and the entire city. Room could use a place to hang cloths.

I like the peruvian ambience, the terrace attached to kitchen I had to rent a heater cause the window in the room was broken and the room stayed cold all the time,I had to shut the water flow everytime I showered or used the bathroom.

The hotel was very considerate and provide guidance from beginning to end.

The shower knobs were piercing with electricity every time the water was on. We had problems with water, their toilets are broken so any toilet in the whole house, not just in the apartment can cause a problem when the whole house will run out of water. They only have some big tank on the top of the house, which needs to be refilled. Everybody can also enter the house, there is no password.

Spent one night. Great location. Read all instructions, I missed the part about the rooftop.
