The bar is right in the middle of the rooms, so it’s quite noisy before 10 p.m. There’s also a lot of traffic nearby, and you can often hear car horns.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

No bathroom in the room (not even a toilet), the included breakfast was only eggs and bread + tea (you had to pay for anything extra like pancakes) and the walls were paper-thin so you could hear everything and everyone at every hour.

Near supermarket and plaza Mayor. Easy to access many landmarks in the city.

  • Engine customer May 2025

Some rooms are quite small and can feel a bit stuffy, especially in warmer weather. There is also no kitchen space and the music was quite loud.

  • Engine customer May 2025

This hostel is incredibly loud at night, most days trips from Cusco start between 4-5am but the hostel is loud until 3+am with no intervention from the staff. The rooms have no windows and no ventilation so smell musky and damp. If you plan to be busy in Cusco: Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, Hiking ect you may want to stay somewhere quieter.

Not for me, nice outside bar area to hang and OK location. But the room was small, damp and all rooms face the bar which blasts music, so the rooms are not at all relaxing. Staff super friendly though and bathrooms/shower fine.

Nice vibe in the common area, good food, nice staff & good location a short walk from the main square. Rooms were a little damp/musty smelling. Beds were comfortable & the room was clean. We had hot water every day, you just need to give it a few minutes to warm up.

Very small space and poor internet

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

Nice hostel in an old building with a outdoor common area. It was cold in February so we needed layers (both in the room and common area). There were lots of blankets on the beds though. The breakfast staff were very nice. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and rolls and on some days there was juice (not every day though). Good location - 5 minute walk to the main square. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here (total 5 nights).

It's a nice old building with a lovely courtyard, close to the main square. It was a bit cold at night

Amazing breakfast, cozy hostel and nice staff! The showers were almost always cold. Other than that we really enjoyed everything.

Staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. We also could store our larger bags for a couple of days when we visited Machu Picchu. Hot shower too! Can be a little cold in the rooms
