My original room had mold. The staff helped us move when we let them know.

The staff were great. The beds comfortable. The showers offered hot water and the location was easy to navigate town from. Absolutely nothing. I’d highly recommend it.

Sheets were dirty and overall cleanliness was low.

Dog poop on the sidewalk close to the door, not their fault.

The hostel in itself is not that bad, it is fairly clean and comfortable. I didn't get hot water one day. The shared dorm is a bit humid. The staff was incredibly slow no matter the request. Also, they disregard the safety of their guests. One night they let a drunk man from the streets get a bed in the shared room. He was visibly drunk and smelt like alcohol from afar. He kept drinking in the dorm and smoking in the non smoking area. When I let them know I was uncomfortable they told me they couldn't do anything about it and when I requested a private room because of my concerns they made me pay for it....clearly way more interested in making their profit than keeping the guests safe. I wouldn't go back.

My favorite hostel in Peru! I stayed here in the female dorm 5 times during my 6 week stay in Cusco and loved it very much. The location is perfect, it is a seven minute walk to the San Pedro market. There are many travel agencies, gear rental places, and lavanderías nearby. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve had in Peru, and the facilities are very clean. The showers get extremely hot, which was very welcome after days of trekking. You can also store your luggage here to go on a multi day hike. I really liked this hostel and will stay here again if I come back to Cusco. Thank you so much! There is also a kitchen if you want to cook.

Best Hostel I had so far. Good service with nice people, big room, cleaning everyday, hot water. What a cozy and beautiful place to stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

We had a private room with a shared bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and they provided us with towels which was a nice change from our microfibre ones. The kitchen was well equipped to make simple meals, and they always had tea available during the day. We were also able to leave our backpacks in a locked room whilst we were away on a 5 day trek. It could get a little noisy in the morning as they start cleaning early, so take ear plugs!
