Beautiful courtyard area, 24hr reception and friendly staff. Breakfast was sufficient and 24hr tea available in reception and great location My bed was fine but my friend could feel the springs through the mattress.

It was so cold in the room. The Shawer water was not hot enough. Needed to have both comforter and blanket during the night and they were very heavy. It was hard to turn around. It was not comfortable during the stay.

the breakfast was complete, just one thing the bread was a little dry. Otherwise eggs and ham were provided as well as a delicious jam. The butter was a bit frozen. I had a huge room with 4 beds just for myself for a very reasonable price. I could have invited my inlaws to sleep on the 2nd floor. there was a laundry service; I dropped it off early but the clothes were late; I almost had to go to be without my pyjama and go to an excursion with shorts. Taxi is supposed to be included however none available on May 1st because the day of the worker- I Had to pay 50 soles for a rogue taxi. Out of control of the hostel taxis were on strike on the 14th of may when I had to come back to the airport. they did not offer any solution.

it was good location for going to Inca trail, as it was close to the Gadventure office. It is also 10 min from the main square and the marquet. good quality price. You pay on the spot when you arrive and not in advance. good brakfast included to enter you have to ring a bell and wait until someboby comes to open. In some days I could not sleep because of people ringing the door bell at 4 or 5 pm in the morning. As people leave for Machu Pichu or other activities like at 4 or 5am in the morning I was woken by suicases or people talking, but this is not fault of the hostel. You will have this problme in almost any place you stay, as everybody leave very early in the morning.
