A great hotel, large room, with an amazing bathroom/spa. Nice hotel surrounds, with a good breakfast. It was a reasonable walk from town, but not too steep or hard. felt safe.

Spacious room and great breakfast, quiet and clean

This was a fantastic hotel and their daily breakfast was great! Also, just a short walk to the Cusco city center. Thank you NA as it was all great!!

Lovely historic building with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and the service was great. We were on the first floor and could hear foot traffic from the second floor.

Had to knock on the door for about 5 mins to get someone to let me in.

The room heater was a little finicky but staff helped resolve.

The location, the hotel setting and decoration. Food was good and staff excellent I had an issue with one of the toilettes but it got fixed right away.

The towels are not good. Too much lint every

location, colors, spacious rooms, service and comfort. lack of coffee in the early morning: i would suggest a coffee station for the early risers who are catching a tour to the different sites around Cusco. breakfast can include more veggies.

It’s had a beautiful architecture and design. The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been.

spacious room with a bath tub. Staff was friendly. The location is a bit out of the way on streets with a minimal sidewalk.

The breakfast was nice but when my friend asked for eggs they denied him the eggs because it was already 10am. Not very flexible

Beautiful space - not only the room but the open air courtyards as well. Decorated with lots of plants and the staff were exceptional. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they very sweetly put rose petals on the bed for us! Nothing! The food was great, location quiet and was close to the train station and food was amazing.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. I worked remotely for a week here and enjoyed sightseeing on the weekends. The internet was great, and the location was tranquil and peaceful for me to get work done. Breakfast is very complete, and the staff is kind and attentive. You get free Coca Matcha all day, and can sit in the courtyard and enjoy the sunshine. You are a 6-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The street the hotel is on gets a lot of cars and buses, but you can't hear them from inside. A block away, you can walk on quieter streets if you like to stroll around.

From the time we arrived until the time we checked out the staff at this cozy hotel were awesome!!! Claudia in the restaurant, Marcus, Eduardo, Ayu....all added special touches and kindness that made our stay memorable! I cannot remember yhe other ladies name i jad a lot of interaction with. They make upu feel.like family!!!! It was an 8 minute walk to the plaza de Armas....close to everything really in the Historic district!!! Nothing to mention

We do have wonderful and cozy stay in Cusco! The decor of this place is so delicate and antique, really beautiful! Nope

The staff was great, the rooms are comfortable beds layout all good. I was on the ground floor and could hear people above walking across the floor above. It is really loud.

Good position close to Plaza de Armas, kind and useful staff. Very nicely renovated and well decorated rooms. Prepared to go breakfast when needed. It is an old building, the shower was somewhat clogged.

The hotel was very clean, located in a local safe neighborhood. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, fresh coffee and omelet.
