Not only the kindness, location or the sculpted luxury andean aesthetic of the hotel, but mostly about every detail that really makes it not only feel like home in Cusco, but the beautiful sensation of feeling disconnected during the stay and so relaxed and happy after the check out. The breakfast was super solid, clean and had a variety of choices. The staff was even too nice to take us few pictures at the patio. We really felt super well treated and happy :) I didn’t find much complaints, to be honest. It’s true it’s a cold time, but even the bathroom had it’s own calefaction.

It was a small but beautifully decorated hotel, loved the ambiance, most of the staff was very helpful and friendly too, and the breakfast was delicious and a lot for a small boutique hotel. Although I loved the decor in the room, the room I got ( not sure if they are all the same) didn’t have much privacy, the shower although to the side was open and so was the toilet. We are a family of 4 and although we all love each other, we really did not want to smell anyone’s business in the toilet, and my teenager daughter did not want anyone seeing her go in or come out of the shower so we had to leave the room every time she showered. Also the fact that your door was actually locked every-time you were in the room or left the room and they only gave you one key, so if let’s say one of us left the room and took keys, our only way out was the window and if we were in the room and wanted to head out, you had to use the key to open the door, which was a bit tricky since it was one of those colonial spanish old doors. So I imagine for an emergency like an earthquake it must be scary to try to get out of the room. Last the beds were not very comfortable.

There was no running water in the evening we arrived or the next morning. No shower or toilet, and no accommodation offered or made.

The breakfast is really delicious with tons of fresh fruit. The staff was helpful and always available. The hotel is really beautiful and I enjoyed hanging out in the courtyard drinking cocoa tea.

Not much Poor service from front desk. They don’t answer the phones. Rooms were mediocre. Tubs unsafe -2steps to get in and slippery floors Poor WiFi. No water one night. No Answers as to what happened. Breakfast was very poor. Heater is turned off at night.

It was fairly accessible to the main plaza but walking up the hill will take your breath Street in front of hotel not very accessible to cars. At night, heater is turned off and it’s cold. One night we had no water-no one was able to give an answer as to what happened. Front desk does not answer phones. Breakfast is fair. Bathtubs are not very safe -2 steps to get in. Floor is slippery. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very cozy boutique hotel! Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a pretty good breakfast and hot water to make tea available throughout the day. When we got up early for tours breakfast wasn’t always completely ready even though it was the official breakfast time and they didn’t have coffee prepared until later in the morning. It’s a bit of a walk from the city center but manageable.

The hotel is located in a charming historic building with beautiful courtyards. The location is convenient, within a short walk of Plaza de Armas, and there is also a supermarket nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even prepared a birthday surprise. Breakfast offered a good selection, and fresh eggs or omelettes could be prepared on request. The room was comfortable and provided enough space for our stay. The room felt a bit more spacious in the photos than it did in reality. While the room was perfectly adequate, the upper level was not very useful, as it only contained a minibar and rather uncomfortable seating, so we did not use it at all. Breakfast was good overall, but the buffet itself was relatively small.

A great hotel, large room, with an amazing bathroom/spa. Nice hotel surrounds, with a good breakfast. It was a reasonable walk from town, but not too steep or hard. felt safe.

Spacious room and great breakfast, quiet and clean

This was a fantastic hotel and their daily breakfast was great! Also, just a short walk to the Cusco city center. Thank you NA as it was all great!!

Lovely historic building with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and the service was great. We were on the first floor and could hear foot traffic from the second floor.

Had to knock on the door for about 5 mins to get someone to let me in.

The room heater was a little finicky but staff helped resolve.

The location, the hotel setting and decoration. Food was good and staff excellent I had an issue with one of the toilettes but it got fixed right away.

The towels are not good. Too much lint every

location, colors, spacious rooms, service and comfort. lack of coffee in the early morning: i would suggest a coffee station for the early risers who are catching a tour to the different sites around Cusco. breakfast can include more veggies.

It’s had a beautiful architecture and design. The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been.

spacious room with a bath tub. Staff was friendly. The location is a bit out of the way on streets with a minimal sidewalk.

The breakfast was nice but when my friend asked for eggs they denied him the eggs because it was already 10am. Not very flexible
