Great location, clean and great service. Was pleasantly surprised, would stay and recommend this place.

The only good thing was the location First it wasn’t clean at all, it was dusty and it had a carpet on the second floor that was probably there since years and years. The design of the room was also poor, it was divided in too floor with the bedroom on the “second floor” and the living room and bathroom on the first one. The forniture was very old and not curated. The bathroom door was made of glass so you can see everything that goes on in there. The bathroom itself was big but very poorly decorated and maintained. The service was ok-ish (still the worst of our experience in Peru) and the breakfast was very poor as well. All in all I would not come back.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room.

The hotel was good but there was a lot of noise coming from outside from all tourists waking up at 4 AM. The doors' isolation was bad. The rest was very good.

Excellent service, much better than I expected. The front desk employees were all very attentive and helped me with more than I asked. It made the difference to improve my travel experience

Within walking distance to the main square and staff were very helpful. Our room had a continuous leak in the bathroom near the toilet that ended up smelling like sewage
-
Like a themed hotel… felt like you are in a museum and photo worthy.

Staff were helpful and called the airline after we got unsatisfactory response from the airline when our baggage did not arrive. Room was quite small.
-
Beautiful old hotel but the central courtyard made it a bit noisy. Music from restaurant could have been quieter and would have made rooms quieter.Very he

It's a walking distance to Cuzco main square, very close to one of the popular market. It's quiet area. All good

Great location, good breakfast, water was hot most of the time, very clean, quiet Rooms have no outside windows even though it was stated here that we would have a Mountain View, therefore the rooms were rather dark. The staff was also very inflexible, when we mentioned the Mountain View, the only solutions they offered were to sleep in another hotel by the airport or pay 30$ extra per night for a bigger room. The option to check out late would have cost us 30$ extra. They wouldn’t change our bills as well when we needed it.

Interesting interior design with lots of fun details. Spacious room. Hotel bar. Good location in a calm and quiet part of Cusco, with a pretty square right nearby. Good breakfast. The room felt rather chilly and humid - towels didn't dry overnight when we hung them up, and the floors were cold. The blankets on the bed didn't match in size, so even though the bed itself was wide and comfortable, we ended up sleeping huddled together to be properly covered by the blankets. No elevator. The jacuzzi in our bathroom had been disconnected and could not be used, so then it just took up a lot of space, and the tap in the sink didn't fit properly, so that water ended up on the counter and the floor.
