Great property and convenient location for exploring on foot! Not in the main area so it was quiet and easy to walk to the square and for restaurants! Everything was great!
-
It was beautiful, clean, and the location for walking was great! Our first room was next to what I think was an old elevator chute and we could hear dishes being stacked and people talking in the early morning. Our second room (same trip different stay) was way more quiet! Regardless it was a fantastic stay!

Front desk very helpful. Had trouble with heating so they brought us a space heater. TV didn’t work replaced it the next morning. Their food was not great at all but they had the special cocoa leaves tea available in the lobby and also oxygen for those experiencing altitude sickness. Restaurant food not good!

Very clean and great location. Staff were amazing! Nothing I can say that I didn’t like!

It’s nice place with a beautiful view and close to the center. Delicious breakfast, a lot of options, fresh fruits, juices. During our 2 days stay, we didn’t have water from 7 pm till next morning. So we could not shower, wash our hands, brush our teeth, use the bathroom. The following day our toilet was leaking a lot

Only stayed one night, but the room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Wish we had stayed longer.
-
Beautiful room and attentive staff Selection at breakfast could have been a bit wider
-
overall it was good, the breakfast is early which help with the tour logistics The room in the basement so there wasn’t enough natural light
-
Beautiful decor. The staff were very professional and accommodating. It felt like home. The location was a little far from the plazas. Having said that I was acclimating to the altitude so didn’t have the energy I normally would have

Noise.
-
Great location. Room was large and comfortable. Water and tea available were great. We have the first room on the left after you left the reception and unfortunately, all of the noise in the hotel could be heard from this room. People coming in late at night people leaving early in the morning, etc.
-
Nice hotel close to historic centre. Room had a light over bed, charging next to bed and good shower Was some noise from exhaust fans in kitchen at times
-
Staff, food, price. No night lamps to read in the bedroom. Not enough outlets.
-
Internal atrium/courtyard causes noise from early morning travellers to be heard in rooms.
-
Rooms a bit cold
-
Excellent service from staff and the amenities were great. Our room was a little loud, but the front desk provided earplugs, which was fantastic.
-
No windows in rooms. The atrium style layout and lack of insulation make it noisy when anyone is in the hallway.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, 5 blocks from the main plaza. A ton of great restaurants. The hotel recommended Chicka, it was amazing, one of the best gastro experiences I've ever had, such creativity and delicious. The restaurant in the hotel is very good too, We were so tired when we arrive that we ate dinner at the hotel. The ceviche was amazing, as was the cooked trout. It was a pleasure to not have to find somewhere to eat upon our arrival. The room was very modern, very comfortable, and the staff was fantastic, very helpful with anything and everything. And the value was great, really really reasonable cost for how nice of a hotel and its' location. I would highly recommend this hotel. Then have oxygen if you need it. We never fully acclimated to the altitude as we started off at a town that was situated at a lower altitude. Cusco is a great town with lots to do. The shopping is great for high end alpaca clothing, offered a great discounts. This was on the plaza next to the sister hotel of this hotel. Ask the front desk the location of their other hotel...you'll find the Chicka restaurant and the alpaca shopping. Great place... Breakfast was fine, but could use greater offerings. They do cook eggs to order. I liked it, but didn't love it, but it was fine.

No AC and windows opens onto public courtyard. Would be too hot in summer and too noisy if hotel was busy.

Location is not ideal. Difficult to park or get off the taxi of you are coming from the airport. Also the rooms were very warm at night.
