The rooms are nice. I enjoyed the courtyard and the restaurant. Great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. I wish it was a few blocks closer to the main square, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

The location of this place is super convenient to the historic area and main squares. The hotel itself is cute, and even though the location is so central, it was still a quiet place to be. I would rate it even higher, except a couple weird things: At check in they kept asking me to give them a couple minutes. When I realized 20 minutes had gone by, I asked it something was wrong with my reservation. They said everything was fine so when I pushed further, they told me it was a housekeeping issue. I did question this because we had been approved prior for a 1:00 check-in. If they had been honest from the beginning, I would’ve gone for a little walk or something. I’m not sure what happened, but we finally got into our room, we stayed there for two nights and for both nights the smell of bleach was intense. It smelled like the blue toilet bowl cleaner, like someone had just left it on for way too long. I didn’t ask to switch rooms because for all I knew all of the rooms smelled like this. It was bad enough though that I worried about my son and if we should even stay there.

It lacks warmth and does not look like a hotel. Reception resembles a ticketing bus or train station that is always cold. The bathroom of the first room that they showed us had a really bad smell. Aircon/heater was very noisy.

Very beautiful and clean! The staff are very kind and helpful. The location is amazing, just. Very short walk to the the main square of Cusco.

Location is excellent. Close to everything. Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent. The spa services were excellent. Yerami provided excellent massage services, especially great for those doing treks in the Peruvian mountains. The room in the 'hacienda' section tended to be colder than the new wing. It took some time to figure out the heating.
