The room was a little noisy (street noise) but bearable.

Great location and great service

A bit noisy. A lot of street noise all night
-
Very nice.

Convenient location. Historical building. Helpful staff. Hot shower was really great. It was cold in the night but manageable by a blanket in the room.
-
Perfect location with access to many great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. I would stay again. Location

Location at the center of attraction. Booking process was OK, but room payment a bit confusing. I got twice e-mail warning that my credit card is not valid. But when I do the payment at the hotel using the same card, the card has no problem and accepted immediately. Please hotel accounting check your card system for better process. Thanks.

Breakfast was fabulous. Everything to choose from and what made you order.

Loved the location, hotel breakfast and that staff was amazing. My room had 2 floors which was not described in booking.com. To access the beds one had to go up a very narrow and winding staircase case. The bathroom was on the first floor. It was not a good room for elderly people and front desk should have known that. She was unpleasant.

Noise from the street was easily heard from my first room. Better lighting is necessary. The lamps are too shinny

Great convenient place ! CHRISTIAN WAS SUPER HELPFUL! He made the stay there amazing . Told us what to do where to go - very honest! A true asset to the hotel ! He should be running that place !

Nothing

Great location, beautiful inside garden room. Interior shows signs of decay, serious noise issues (we could hear what people were saying next to us and behind us), broken window to hallway, no outside windows in room, hygiene problems in bathroom. This all while the room was quite expensive.
-
Cute room with lots of natural light. Nice to have heating again in the room after a week at another location without heating. Staff were friendly. Location was great. Not too noisy at night, even though it's on the plaza. Nothing.

Staff Bkfst Elevator in maintenance. I was told that it was taking more than 7 days. Unacceptable. I was on the 4th floor. Room 812 where I was like a large closet No natural light. Very little hot water. 1 minute showers Very small tv monitor 30 inches or less.

Great location , professional staff and a good breakfast buffet. My room was by a sidewalk with a small window through which people could look in and felt bit dingy.

Location Location Location But also the hotel is beautiful in every way, the staff is the most kind and helpful 24hrs, the food is spectacular and las but not least, the room is cozy with very comfortable beds Haven't the time and/or the money to stay more weeks

Location is perfect and staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They even prepared a "lunch box" to take with me during my early tours. Facilities are a bit old and I had frequent internet problems in my room.
