Excellent breakfast with a great variety of fresh fruits. The location is very convenient, and the staff are outstanding. The breakfast team was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and highly cooperative. I unfortunately forgot the name of one senior staff member, but his hospitality was truly remarkable—one of the best I have ever experienced. He made our stay even more memorable. The lift was out of service throughout our entire stay, forcing us to climb to the 3rd floor every time, which was extremely difficult in Cusco’s low-oxygen altitude. The check-in process was also very slow. Overall, inconvenient experience.

Great location! Right in downtown Cusco with a lot of restaurants and things to do in easy walking distance. We stayed in a room that overlooked the plaza and it was beautiful!

I just loved everything about this hotel. Since the moment I checked in. It is so beautiful. The receptionists, all the staff were too kind, polite, friendly. The location was perfect, near the main square. The breakfast was delicious, there were plenty of goodies to eat. The room was comfortable, hot shower, cozy bed.

Location at the center of attraction. Booking process was OK, but room payment a bit confusing. I got twice e-mail warning that my credit card is not valid. But when I do the payment at the hotel using the same card, the card has no problem and accepted immediately. Please hotel accounting check your card system for better process. Thanks.

Loved the location, hotel breakfast and that staff was amazing. My room had 2 floors which was not described in booking.com. To access the beds one had to go up a very narrow and winding staircase case. The bathroom was on the first floor. It was not a good room for elderly people and front desk should have known that. She was unpleasant.
