Museum Hotel, an subtle touch between History and comfort
-
Breakfast was really good! Also my flight was super delayed so I had to kill a few hours in the lobby, and all the staff were super nice about it! Location was super convenient too. Very in the center of everything but still off to the side enough that it was quiet.

Beautiful museum hotel. Nice location and friendly staff. Decent breakfast and large room and bathroom.
-

The location was centrally located

Great location in the heart of the old town center. The old town center is where you want to be to access the churches, museums, the main square, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very helpful to our needs. The hotel is a heritage, really beautiful old house with all the amenities. Very glad we stayed here, it really added to our amazing experience to Machu Picchu.

Absolutely fantastic boutique hotel in every way - the wonderful staff, the gorgeous rooms, the soundproofing, the lovely breakfast, the excellent bar and cocktails, and of course the very special decor. Would 100% stay here again.

Breakfast was great, the location was great and within walking distance to everything. Great staff, the room size is big. Highly recommend this place. Nothing

The room had many modern ammenities such as heated floors in the bathroom and waterfall/side jet shower as well as a soakin tub. I also very much appreciated the antique furniture and artwork in the suite!

This hotel is absolutely perfect in every way. Every detail is magnificent and the location is absolutely perfect. The food is unreal too and the bathtubs and rooms are stunning! It is the only place I will stay if I go back to Cusco! Also, the staff are the nicest people out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I have travelled the world extensively and have never met employees like this! They will go above snd beyond in any way possible. Brian is the nicest man I met in Peru. I cannot recommend staying here enough, and they also have oxygen pumped into their rooms which I cannot stress how much that helps, as well as portable o2 if needed in the lobby:)

The location, the room (which is very confortable) and the amazing breakfast. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Nothing to be mentioned

The property was beautiful, clean and had a fabulous art collection. Nothing

We booked this hotel based on the reviews, and especially because they have oxygenated rooms since we were concerned with the high altitudes Cusco is at. This hotel is located in a central location next to the historical plaza and market, which we got to visit easily. The hotel is nicely decorated with art. We liked their modernized bathrooms with a nice design. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is decent. It could be that the sewer system in Cusco is old. We can smell the sewer smell from one of the bathroom sinks that we kept the sink closed. My son also experienced a low oxygen level on the first night we stayed there, since the oxygen measurement on his watch was quite low, and he felt terrible the next morning. We were not sure if the oxygen level was kept at the optimum, as told by the hotel staff that the oxygenated system would kick in if a low oxygen level were detected.

Everything was great! Breakfast staff was wonderful

We actually weren’t able to stay in the property as we arrived on the day of our check out due to flight cancellations. However we still went to the lobby to meet our tour group. We spoke to front office staff and they gladly told us we can still sit in the lobby and offered us coca tea while waiting. We really appreciate this kind gesture as we really needed a comfy space to wait for a few minutes after our long and stressful flight. They also quickly provided us the official receipt for our travel insurance. Thank you so much Aranwa Cusco Hotel and we hope to be back in Cusco soon and finally stay in your place!

The hotel is very luxurious! The rooms are very comfortable with heated towel racks and floors. The shower and jacuzzi bath with robes are fantastic. This is the place to relax and enjoy the great breakfast, restaurant and bar! A special thank you to Edy and Antonio who were very helpful and attentive! Nothing
