I think the selection for breakfast was excellent and the fact that we were able to order from a menu in addition to the buffet at no extra cost. My husband had a special omelet made for him every morning. nothing

excellent staff very fiendly, location and in general the hotel maybe the wifi, a little slow.

The location was absolutely fantastic—an easy walk to major tourist hotspots, tour meeting points, and plenty of great restaurants. A wonderful surprise was the underfloor heating in the bathroom, which was such a nice comfort. We were also incredibly grateful for the super helpful and attentive staff, especially while we were resting and recovering from altitude sickness. The only minor downside was that we were unable to connect to Netflix on the room's TV. It certainly wasn't a dealbreaker since we were there to explore, but it would have been a nice comfort to have while resting our legs and recovering from our trekking.

We loved the location of this hotel! It made it so easy to walk to all the tourist hotspots, our meeting places, and some amazing restaurants. The floor heating in the bathroom was an amazing surprise, and the staff were absolute lifesavers—they were so helpful and caring while we dealt with altitude sickness. If I had to pick one thing, it was that we couldn't get Netflix to connect on the TVs. It definitely wasn't a dealbreaker since the whole point of the trip is to be out exploring, but it would have been nice to watch a show while we were having some downtime after trekking.

EVERYTHING! And I mean EVERYTHING. It didn't matter that the room didn't had a view because it was in front of the elevator and my wife is handycap. And the hotel is a museum with it's own spotify guided tour. That we couldn't stay one more night because it was completely booked. That we couldn't keep enjoying all the wonderful things Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel has to offer.

Museum Hotel, an subtle touch between History and comfort

Breakfast was really good! Also my flight was super delayed so I had to kill a few hours in the lobby, and all the staff were super nice about it! Location was super convenient too. Very in the center of everything but still off to the side enough that it was quiet.

Beautiful museum hotel. Nice location and friendly staff. Decent breakfast and large room and bathroom.

The location was centrally located
-
Great location in the heart of the old town center. The old town center is where you want to be to access the churches, museums, the main square, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very helpful to our needs. The hotel is a heritage, really beautiful old house with all the amenities. Very glad we stayed here, it really added to our amazing experience to Machu Picchu.

Absolutely fantastic boutique hotel in every way - the wonderful staff, the gorgeous rooms, the soundproofing, the lovely breakfast, the excellent bar and cocktails, and of course the very special decor. Would 100% stay here again.

The room had many modern ammenities such as heated floors in the bathroom and waterfall/side jet shower as well as a soakin tub. I also very much appreciated the antique furniture and artwork in the suite!

This hotel is absolutely perfect in every way. Every detail is magnificent and the location is absolutely perfect. The food is unreal too and the bathtubs and rooms are stunning! It is the only place I will stay if I go back to Cusco! Also, the staff are the nicest people out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I have travelled the world extensively and have never met employees like this! They will go above snd beyond in any way possible. Brian is the nicest man I met in Peru. I cannot recommend staying here enough, and they also have oxygen pumped into their rooms which I cannot stress how much that helps, as well as portable o2 if needed in the lobby:)
